"Arrival: Arrived at the DOME and nobody was inside, which was a little discouraging at first, however after waiting for some time the check-in was easy. The room: We had a private bathroom (triple family room). Was perfect for 3 people, the double bed was much bigger than expected. We are all over 6 feet and it was awesome. To our surprise the room also had a balcony which was awesome. We stayed on the 3rd floor, there was barely anyone else on the floor, was super quiet and always had the shared kitchen to ourselves. I wish it had a refrigerator but for the price it was perfect. The shower curtain had specs of mold but other than that the bathroom was great. Old style key system too but not an issue at all! The Staff: Nice and helpful, however the building is often unstaffed during late hours. Cleanliness: not to bad at all, you get what you pay for. Fresh towels every 3 days. Property: Cool, 2 elevators, living room was under renovation, roof top was cool but unlit at night. Location: Lisbon is relatively small, so location was amazing - grocery stores close by. Nothing ever felt to far if you’re okay with a decent walk. Lots of food around. Rating: 4/5, it was cheap so this is what I expected. Worth it. Check Google reviews before you make your decision however."

"Property was clean and well maintained. Staff at front desk were efficient and kind. The doorman (I think his name was Tomas) was so helpful in getting us a lift to the cruise port. Fresh water was always available in one of the lounges as well as coffee & tea. The breakfast buffet was very good with an assortment of options. I loved the location. Definitely would recommend the Lisboa Plaza Hotel."
