The rooms are somewhat basic but nice. The bathroom door was very flimsy and made a racket while opening. The location is very convenient to get around- 150 metres from the Saldanha Metro and plenty of bus options too. Try the Deja Vu cafe just around from the hotel.

Exceptional Stay at EXE Saldanha! I absolutely loved my stay at EXE Saldanha. The hotel is modern, very clean, and perfectly located. The room was comfortable and stylish with everything I needed, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, making it a great place to rest after exploring Lisbon. I also appreciated how well-maintained the entire hotel is — you can see they really care about their guests’ experience. Overall, EXE Saldanha exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon!

The room was clean and the location was good not in the main tourist area, but easily accessible by Uber or public transport, and much quieter if you prefer a calmer spot. The only downside was the washroom, which didn’t have a fan or ventilation to help with odors. The staff were amazing, and the price is excellent compared to other options in the city.

Outstanding location, beautiful tree-lined streets, all amenities such as dining, pharmacy, shopping and good metro transportation are within a short walk. Main square ( Saldanha) is just around the corner. Clean property, excellent attentive staff.

The hotel was nice, but my issue was with the room safe,when we arrived the batteries in the safe were dead so we called the front desk,he came up to look at it and told us maintenance would be up at 8:00 am. At 8:00 maintenance came and took the batteries and said we would have to wait for someone else because they didn’t have access to the batteries. At 9:00 they said it would be 10:00 at 10:00 still no one, I suggested to the front desk they could switch our rooms, or get batteries out of another room, neither option worked for them. At 10:30 someone finally brought batteries, this meant we missed breakfast, and we missed a tour that we had booked.

Everything was nice. Only thing I didn’t like was the spray they sprayed the sheets with. It was supposed to make them smell good but it made me itch, and I didn’t like the idea of a chemical being sprayed on my sheets every day. So I refused maid service. On the other hand, everyone at the front desk as well as the bartender were always super nice and helpful. That always makes the stay a good experience!
