The location is the best. Walking distance to main attractions. Price was affordable. The room is surprisingly big and clean. The Recepcionist (all of them) are very kind, professional and helpful. My room wasn’t ready bc I got to the hotel very early but I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel. I will recommend this hotel 100%.

This was a cute boutique hotel with spacious rooms and bathroom (as compared to other rooms in Europe). The staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was a very convenient location and very walkable to various dining and shopping options and also close to the metro.

Last minute booking after being left out in cold by Airbnb property upon our cruise disembarkation, Would have booked this first. Old building in the heart of Viejo San Juan. Church across the Street. We attended an incredible service at 5:30am. Staff is extremely attentive. Open bar, everything was but a few minutes away, WALKING !!! Definitely ask for Christian, he is fantastic, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable !!!

The staff are very attentive, breakfast is sufficient, a selection of cereals, fresh breads and croissants are available, served with your choice of cooked eggs. The room is very clean, location is perfect, come out of metro station 2 minutes walk straight ahead and it is on your left, with all the attraction within walking distances, or you can take 28 tram there is plenty of them around. The shower may look simple but the temperature and pressure are perfect after a long day walking in the city and a early start in the morning. Highly recommended.
