"Huge space for family in nyc"
My mom, sisters, daughter, niece and I visited NYC for a "girls" weekend. All 6 of us were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of this hotel suite. It was not fancy but relatively new and clean and most importantly allowed us all to stay together at a very reasonable price. Also, we really appreciated the complimentary snacks in the fridge...nice touch for starving travelers! Thanks BW!

"The check in was very smooth. Staff very pleasant."
We arrived a little early and were allowed to store our luggage w/o extra cost until the room was ready. The manager upgraded us to a larger room at no cost because he thought we would be more comfortable. The hotel arranged for transportation back to the airport for a reasobale fee.

"Couldn't have been happier"
My wife and I spent five lovely nights at TRSH and loved every minute of it. Cocktails on the roof at The Henry were the highlight but the entire experience was a joy. We'll be back the next time we stay in Manhattan.

"awesome stay in NYC"
my husband and i checked into the Loews Regency on Park Avenue for our 25th anniversary and was instantly welcomed and upgraded to a room overlooking Park Avenue. The Hotel itself is beyond amazing from the marble bathroom to the awesome hotel staff (cleaners, bell hops, conceriege etc), the Internet and the gym is open 24 hours (both with no additional costs) I would definately recommend anyone who is looking to get away from the craziness of Times Square to book a room here. Short 10 minute walk to subway and Central Park, Whole Foods is about 20 minute walk and restaurants are awesome on Lexington and 3rd Avenue. 5th Avenue is only 15 minute walk away and the shopping is beyond words.

"Good option for couples on Upper East Side"
Extremely friendly & helpful staff was a highlight! The rooms are small, but comfortable, and everything was clean except the carpet, which needed replaced. The sink was tucked into an alcove that made it difficult to access, & the faucet was difficult to control - either too much or too little water. My wife & I were there for our 20th anniversary, so the room fit us fine, but more than two people (or two people not entirely comfortable with each other) would be really tight. One unexpected benefit was that the hotel is less than a block from the subway, which made getting around town easy, but the location is not the most convenient. However, that means that it is generally very quiet at night. The one issue we had with noise was that the building next door was being demolished, which woke up my wife at 7:00 each morning. Didn't really bother me most days, but I'm a very heavy sleeper. Also, the free light breakfast (croissants, yogurt, cheese, etc.) was a nice way to start each day. Overall, a nice place to stay if it fits your needs.

"Large room, close to Mt Sinai"
We had a few problems the first day but the staff went out of their way to correct everything. We were given a room upgrade that made all the difference in our stay. The room stayed very clean, the desk staff was very friendly, we had no complaints. The kitchen is full size and well equipped, we were able to cook when we wanted to. The sofa bed mattress is really bad but they brought us a rollaway with a regular thick twin mattress that was awesome. I can't say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Good job! I'd suggest a higher floor as there is street construction noise in the lower floors.
