Loved the hotel, great location. Nice large rooms especially for New York. Front desk and bar were great. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and the service was terrible. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing experience in this hotel. In my many trips to NY this has been my favorite hotel. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Room was very spacious and nice. I will definitely stay in this hotel again in my stay in NY.

Good location, but the maid service kept forgetting simple things like new glasses for drinking each day, or soap , or shampoo . It was infuriating and after complaining nothing was done.
