The conceirge ataff was excellent. Sandra and Luis were outstanding. I had some small requests that they took care of promptly, including flower delivery and restaurant reservations. One of the manages on duty while I was there, a woman whose name I unfortunately can’t recall, was very gracious with me an my guest, and made us few at home throughout our stay.

Nos encantó la experiencia. La habitación estaba limpia y el baño. El cuarto cómodo y grande las camas y almohadas cómodas. El personal amable. Incluía un día de desayuno variado y muy bueno. La ubicación es excelente: a solo cinco minutos caminando de Grand Central y muy cerca de estaciones de tren, farmacias, tiendas y numerosos lugares para comer. Es un área muy concurrida y segura; andábamos con nuestras niñas y nos sentimos cómodos en todo momento. Bryant Park, la Biblioteca Pública de Nueva York, Times Square y Macy’s están a pocas cuadras. Sin duda, una ubicación increíble.

We recently stayed here, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt welcoming. The room was comfortable, the location was perfect for getting around the city. I also want to highlight a team member named Pei at the front desk , who truly made a difference during our visit. She was kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful.Her warm personality and willingness to assist us with anything we needed didn’t go unnoticed, and we’re very grateful for her hospitality. We’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

The room was clean! The hotel is clean. Everything is overpriced but it's almost expected as it's NYC. The windows were old and did not close all of the way so the room was loud with street noise. Overall a nice hotel with nice sized rooms.
