Very nice hotel. The staff easily coordinated the holiday rush. They safely stored our luggage since our flight arrived way ahead of check in time. Great location we would stay here again.

I had a wonderful time at the Westin Grand Central. The rooms were clean and neat. The service was amazing. The breakfast buffet was a little overpriced, but The quality was excellent. To make it even more amazing, Eve Melendez and her team had a wonderful gift and a card my daughter when we arrived. She was amazing throughout our trip to New York City. Jose from concierge went above and beyond to help us get to where we need to be! Especially some last-minute pizza from uncle Paul’s. Thank you so much to the rockstar team at the Westin!! we will be back!
