I liked the location, it was close to the aquarium which is one of the reasons we were in town. I didn't like that our nonsmoking room smelled like smoke or how loud the people next to our room at 3 am were.

The property was pretty run down in the rooms , towel rack falling off wall , water pressure pipes banging in wall , electrical was spotty, the switches seemed old. Needs a good rehab.

Parking is difficult. Valet service is available but is very pricey at 30 bucks the room is beautiful. No view of the city however. There is an area of Pealing ceiling paint that appears to Be water damage. Would expect More for what I paid

Within walking distance to convention center

This is a beautiful facility that needs to pay attention to detail. 4stars are expected to have drawers that stay closed on dressers, keys that work, 2ply or better tissue, shuttle service 7 days a week. The staff was nice but lost a set of keys to someone else's car and called us looking for them. Management needs to step up maintenance.

Perfect location downtown

Loved our stay. Hotel stay was very friendly and helpful including the valet attendants. Walking distance from the grassy knoll/JFK museum as well as a not so bad walk to the arts district. Would Recommend to anyone as well as stay here again
