After landing I went to the hotel & to find out there was a problem with their system ( 11:00 pm ) and i was told i wasnt able to check-in so i would be better off calling travelocity and getting a refund ?!! I was like what the hell , i just landed ? I asked instead if they can try to manualy check me and when the next mornining arrives their system should work and they can process me then. The clerk i guesssed pressed the refresh button on her screen and miraculously found my reservation !! but they only had 1 room available . i thought that room is what reserved for . room 306 ...so i go to the room sand open the door , you would not believe what i saw !!! i looked like a drug house !!! trash , filth , disgusting , horrible !! i took some pics and ran out of there ! i told the clerk that i have to get some rest and to please assist on getting a refund from travelocity. which ive been on the phone on hold for over an hour now !! I ENDED UP AT THE DOUBLE TREE HILTON where i checked myself in and spent unnecessary funds . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! The sad part the proffesionals that helped me at the hotel laughed about the situation .

Creepy Crawly

This hotel is awful. The manager was very responsive. But the hotel has a horrible roach problem. There was also an awful smell. The breakfast...if you made it by 730a was a single granola bar or tiny muffin. Not a good experience.

arrived on 3-24 and checked in, the room reeked of marijuana, the bathtub was dirty and had a broken razor in the drain. bedspread had cigg holes burned into it and the sheets and pillows reeked of someone else's BO, the sprinkler head for the fire safety system is rusted and in my opinion, totally inoperable...thus putting guests at risk in a fire. we called the front desk and asked for a coffee pot and 3 cups and spoons, as there were no plates,pans, dishes ect in the room at all...we were told 30 min....an hour and a half passed, we went out, stopped at the front desk and were apologised to, and PROMISED the stuff would be delivered in 30 min. after another hour, we called again and were told that the guy was just washing the dishes up and that it would be there again...in 30 min....another two hours passed, nothing...at that point its a little after 11pm, we decided that enough was enough and left. i deserve not only a refund, but an explanation as to how you can allow this to go on under your name?? you advertise " we're committed to offering you value-packed suites with full kitchens for long-term hotel accommodations and short-term housing for business needs, relocation, home renovations or just visiting family and friends. You can book with us for a day, week or month and rest assured that you will enjoy the comforts of home when you're away from home." would you let your mother stay in a dump like this?

Great deal it is very close to convention center

Very Clean and Friendly staff. I really like the hotel. Right next to the six flags continental breakfast I do highly recommend this place

Pros: Location for our event that we attended and friendly staff.
The staff was very friendly and efficient. Surroundings were quiet, despite the fact that they are located on a large street. The room was clean and surpisingly, had a cute kitchen. Enjoyed the stay!
