You can feel comfortable knowing that our Cleaning Technicians follow all CDC guidelines to ensure that our units are completely cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected. Each Technician has completed additional training from the ISSA and ARCSI.

THE SPACE:
Located in the perfect spot to truly enjoy all things Dallas! Both are conveniently located for vacation travelers looking to enjoy the hotspots of Downtown, and business travelers with the Convention Center being a 5-minute walk away! This unit is fully furnished and well-appointed with smart locks, and thermostat, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, stocked with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, cookware, dishes, coffee, and tea.

THE AREA:
We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the unit or the complex itself. You can reach us through your booking conversation thread, or you can speak to our 24/7 Guest Experience Department.


OCCUPANCY:
This unit allows 4 overnight guests (up to 6 total with fee/host’s approval). Feel free to have guests over, however, in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 6 people inside the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction.

PARKING:
We offer one free Valet parking space in the parking garage next to the building. There is a paid parking lot across the street for additional parking.

AIR MATTRESS
Upon request and for a fee, we provide a cozy high-quality 22-inch queen-size air mattress with fresh linens, as well as additional towels, and other amenities. Only an air mattress confirmed at the time of reservation is guaranteed.

BREAKFAST
We supply a light breakfast of Oatmeal and high-quality coffee (enough for your initial arrival).

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Dallas to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

SECURITY:
For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POOL IS CLOSED DURING WINTER.

The only issue we had which was not really a huge deal was that we had trouble Accessing our Jurney app to unlock and lock Our door. Our flight was so early that it really didn’t matter however if we had wanted to go to get something. And come back we couldn’t. It was like it the system checked Us out all on its own 5 hours before checkout … all in all great trull

First bad VRBO experience
Property was in an unsafe area. Could not walk outside at night and even in the daytime you could not walk without being confronted by homeless people and panhandlers. We rented 3 units for a larger group. 2 of the units had bathroom sinks that would not drain and one had a faucet that only dripped out so no water to use. These issues were finally addressed after 2 days of contacting property management One unit had a smoke detector that had a loud high pitched beep every 15 seconds. I called and contacted property management via their app for 3 days before someone came to address this. I also reported to VRBO and never received a response. We should have our money refunded for this terrible stay

Good location, quiet, some drawbacks
Common areas are well maintained. The unit itself was mostly clean. The sofa was not a place I wanted to sit, and the bathrooms would not meet hotel standards. Parking lot lights shone directly into the unit, mostly tolerable though. (One bedroom only had a privacy screen shade, not room darkening curtains.) The kitchen had everything we needed. Quick access location for Uber rides.

The place was clean, however I had to purchase towels as there was only one towel & wash clothes per person & 1 had towel per couple and we had to wash everyday as the washer & dryer are tiny and the dryer takes several cycles to dry. The water pressure in the shower is terrible and you run out of hot water quickly. The apartment is very cold as it looks like it used to be a warehouse. On a good note, the host was pleasant and responded quickly. I received my deposit back in 2 weeks. Overall I like that the place was clean and the host was available if I had a question.

Great condo; horrible management.
The condo was nice but everything else was a nightmare. I rented a 3 bedroom per the listing but the week before my trip found out the unit was only 2 bedroom. I was told they were doing their best to get the posting changed (it is changed now) but apparently the management company was "slow" in making the changes. However, I communicated with Arielle prior to securing the unit to discuss whether 8 - 10 people would be able to fit. She assured me they would with one air mattress. The truth was that barely 6 people fit with one air mattress. I had to secure additional lodging at the last minute in downtown Dallas. The lift in the building was broken. The toilet seat in the unit was broken. We could not get access to the unit until after 5 (supposed to access the property at 3). because the code was wrong. It took 16 phone calls and 10 e-mails before we got a response. So we stood in the hallway with all of our luggage waiting for over an hour. We were told the day before that we only had one parking spot - not sure how we would have managed that with 10 people. So we paid additional fees for our 2nd car and secured other lodging for the rest of the family. I also had to remind them to refund the damage deposit which I still haven't received yet - was planning on leaving my review after I received these funds. I also asked them to refund one of the nights, essentially offering to take half the blame for this fiasco. But they did not seem to care about the terrible experience my family had due to their misleading and lack of communication. I feel like even a conversation after our stay would have drastically changed this review. Before & during my stay, the communication with the on site cleaning crew was the only positive interactions we experienced. They tried their best to "make up" for the communication issues with Arielle but they could only do so much. I have stayed at dozens of VRBO sites and NEVER experienced anything like this before. Their lack of concern, honesty, and customer service was astounding. Considering I communicated multiple times before securing the unit to ensure we had the best location & condo option available, I'm not sure how I could have anticipated these issues without physically visiting the site in advance. I would be wary of renting this condo until they have secured better management.

Good location, easy in and out
Everything was as expected - No problems with this stay. The other review had me nervious but door code I was given was right. The condo seems to be run by the building, so if I had a problem I could have gone downstairs but didn’t need anything. My only suggestion is to give us more than one door key. We had to leave it in the lock so everyone could come in and out when they wanted.

Great location, was within 10 min of everything we wanted to see!
The condo was great! I wish we would've read that the description was 2 beds, plus an air mattress (upon request). We missed that, but were able to make it work. If you only need 2 rooms, this condo is perfect!!!!
