Upon arrival i was notified of a 40 dollar parking fee, should have been disclosed at time of booking. The room stunk, the mattress was terrible, furniture had torn cushions, could hear every noise coming from the hallway.

I wasn’t expecting a lot because I’ve stayed at quite a few Motel 6’s in my lifetime but this was by far the worst one. Refused to bath in the rusted bathtub, toilet paper holder was ripped out of the wall, no plugs by the bed for husband CPAP device, their idea of an extra blanket was a fitted sheet and they get the worst bed award. Never again will we stay at this Motel 6.

Lesson learned

When I first walked into the room it was night and I had to feel my way around the room to find a light. Then I had to tighten the bulb to even get the light to work. There was no other light beside the bathroom. Water was soaking the carpet from a leak in the wall. Wall was soft and crumbling. No outlets near the bed. Would not stay again. Although Staff was friendly.

Pretty run down hotel. Shower was either boiling hot or ice cold with little to no control. Ice that came from the machine was disgusting…visual debris especially overnight after melting. The only saving grace is being cheap and walking distance to the stadium.

Horrible Grifters

Horrible. I don’t expect much from a Motel 6, but this place was below acceptable. Broken furniture, holes in the walls, dirty bathroom counters, mold and rust. We left without spending the night. They refused a refund. On top of that, they gouged us at every turn. We paid over $400 on an ice night for a room that normally costs $50. Then they charged us $70 to park cuz the was a college football game nearby. That was a random, fraudulent add on, not mentioned in the terms. Do NOT do business with these grifters

Can’t beat the location, it’s right across the street from AT&T Stadium so it was great to just walk over to the hotel after that game and avoid waiting in traffic. Besides location, the hotel is nothing special, the bathrooms were dated and there were minimal amenities. The rooms were ok, there were beds and a TV. No mini fridge. Stay here for an amazing location and a place to sleep after a game.

Worst customer service

Received an email beforehand stating they wouldn't be providing housekeeping during our stay. It stated we could go to the lobby to ask for towels. We arrived to the room and it had no towels to begin with. My spouse went to ask for some and was met with numerous questions, rude attitude, eye rolling and a complete disregard to what he asked for. Needed full size towels to shower with and they only wanted to hand over hand towels. Next day, same issue! Dirty looks, rude comments, and a phone call to the room ONE minute before checkout time to tell us we needed to checkout!!
