El Constante ha sido un hito de la Costa del Golfo de Texas por más de 30 años. Este complejo familiar y bien mantenido es el destino frente a la playa que visitará su familia para crear recuerdos que durarán toda la vida. Desde cualquier unidad, puedes escuchar el suave murmullo de las olas que llegan a la orilla y estar a solo unos pasos de las millas de playas de Texas azotadas por el viento.
Comience el día con una taza de café y un agradable paseo por el dique mientras disfruta de un hermoso amanecer sobre el Golfo de México. Varios destinos gastronómicos y de entretenimiento están cerca y son actividades populares como la pesca en playas y embarcaderos; Surfear, montar a caballo o simplemente relajarse y tomar algo de sol están al alcance de su mano. El nuevo parque acuático Schlitterbahn ahora está abierto y está a solo 3 millas de distancia. Si va a traer un bote, apreciará el acceso cercano a los botes y el sistema de canales aquí en la isla.

Puedes dormir 4 en esta relajante unidad de Beachview 2 que viene con una cama king size y un sofá cama tamaño queen en el área de la sala de estar. Ubicada en la planta baja, esta unidad temática de playa ofrece un dormitorio principal privado con vestidor, una cocina abierta con despensa, comedor y sala de estar, así como un baño adyacente.

Admite mascotas para un máximo de dos mascotas a la vez.

Se proporcionan sábanas para cada cama y toallas de baño para cada huésped. Se requiere una estadía mínima de dos noches. Los invitados contratados de Padre Escapes deben tener 25 años de edad o más. El huésped debe tener una licencia de conducir estatal u otra identificación aceptable.

This was my First Vrbo Stay Everything was amazing Great Communication and the rental did not disappoint! It was Clean and There was an amazing Sunrise view and we could see the Gulf from our porch!

Perfect location for fishing

Very clean, easy to book and perfect for fishing on the beach and the Packery Channel. Pet fees were a little much but perfect little spot with great communication from the property manager.

Very well kept quiet property. The condo was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It seems like there have been some improvements since the last time I stayed at at this complex. I liked being able to walk down to the beach from the condo. The kitchen had the basics. I did miss having a can opener and potato peeler.

Nice Getaway

Unbelievable location. Minutes from the beach. Also has a nice size pool in the complex. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Furniture was clean and comfortable. King size bed and pull out couch

clean property with good furnishing - but several warnings

Good furniture and bedding. Trickle of water in the bathroom sink and a mirror so low you have to stoop to shave. Worst property management firm I have dealt with. Long and complex renters agreement and and late with check in information. I will aviod Pardre Escapces in the future.

Amazing and affordable

Check-in was a breeze and we even checked in early. The rental looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. Just three minutes to the beach walk or drive. Pool was also a very relaxing spot when you didn’t want to be on the beach. I would highly recommend this property!!

Fantastic Beach Getaway

I think this property is very undervalued. The condo we stayed in was very updated with lots of amenities. The pool was a perfect temperature which was amazing to soak in. Finally, the beach was only a few steps away and was also pristine. El Constante made my first trip to Padre Island a truly memorable one and I will be back for sure.

Nice Condo On North Padre Island

We really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was so easy and they had everything ready to go including pool bands and towels! Inside the condo, they provided a few trash bags, dishwasher pods, dawn soap and a few toiletries. H-E-B was only 15 minutes from the condo. Overall, it was very clean (medicine cabinet needs to be wiped out) but honestly, one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Quick walk to the beach! It was a beautiful and clean beach!

Convenient to beach and boardwalk

Perfect little beach condo for 2 adults and our 2 dogs. There is great grass for the pups to potty in front of the building that is a short walk from this condo. The king size bed was comfy, the kitchen was stocked pretty well with plates/bowls and pots/pans, and there is a 12 cup coffee maker. Bring cooking spices/oil if you plan on cooking while you are there. The shower liner should be replaced (maybe to a washable/bleachable liner to be more sustainable) as there was mold or mildew on the bottom. There was a little mold on the lampshade in the living room. The blinds in the bedroom would not close all the way, so some light from the parking lot creeps in at night. The upstairs neighbors could be heard walking around a little bit, but to be expected with a 1st floor condo. There are 4 steps from the sidewalk up to the condo porch, so this unit is not wheelchair accessible or easily accessible for people with mobility issues. The employees at the front desk were super nice and provided towels for the pool. The pool was cool and has some shade throughout the day for a nice break from the beach. We had a great weekend and will be back to El Constante for sure!

Sea side vacation

Most secluded and modern place to stay right on the beach!

The beach is at the rear of the property with no dunes or roads to cross. Almost all of the rooms have a veiw of the beach. All are mondern. The master beds need upgraded, but the couch bed is the best.

Great stay, but...

Overall, we were happy. The property was as depicted, clean & comfortable. Great a/c and excellent beach location. Everything was in great shape and just as expected, but we have a few concerns. 1 - Soooo bright at night. There is a single window in the bedroom and it has window blinds, but there are a several lights in the complex that make it too bright in the room at night. We tried to hang an extra beach towel over the window and it did help some, but we should not need to do that to block out the light. 2 - Lots of mosquitos on and around the property. This has nothing to do with the complex and these pests are everywhere on the island, but you need to know that they are out there. Waiting to feed and it can be pesky. Keep in mind that this is true for the island in general. 3 - There is no way to vent cooking to the outside, so be prepared for the smoke alarm to go off and the condo to retain cooking smells for a while. Better yet - eat out. 4 - Water is pretty hard so lather will seem more like a magic trick when shampooing your hair. Needs a water softener big time. Bed / mattress is super comfortable, much better than most. TV is tricky to navigate at times, but give it a few minutes and you'll figure it out. Very nice pool and super friendly staff.
