The room was clean, the property was well kept. The only thing for me was that the "picnic area" was the grill was missing the actual grill inside to cook the meat. Definitely staying again if needed. Budget friendly too for those that just wanna sleep and stay all day at the beach. Nice walking distance to Robert park and a few souvenir shops and DQ! My teenagers liked the convivence!

Traveled with 2 year toddler & 9 month old furbaby. Good stay. Now, this is a older property and could use small updated amenities and necessities. Grounds were clean. Plenty of parking.
