"Excellent Customer Service. Room was spotless, very comfortable bed, and the cleaning staff was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was just as advertised and was hot and ready each morning. I liked surprising my wife with breakfast in bed. Great coffee and also a good variety of of food each morning. "The Hyatt Vacation Club in Palm Springs was perfect for our three night stay. The resort was clean, updated, and offered the perfect kitchen to prep and cook meals. Our bedroom had a set of sliding doors that lead to a quaint patio with comfortable loungers. The grounds were well kept and so was the pool. The entire resort was quiet. We sat on the lawn on a hill and watched the sunset over the mountains. It was beautiful. Traffic from the resort to downtown was easy to navigate. They drive is short. We booked through Expedia and received a $30 credit at the sundry shop. That was really nice. Customer service was outstanding. We plan to book here again in January 2027. "

"Very clean rooms, polite staff. As requested, I was able to get a ground floor for the infant. And room Service was good. Plenty of parking available and felt safe to park the motorcycle and car. Overall, very pleasant stay. Will definitely recommend for families with infants."
