Those who fly to Atlantic City will arrive at the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) located in Egg Harbor just nine miles from the downtown area. You can generally find cheap Atlantic City flights via Spirit Airlines and AirTran Airways. United Airlines recently announced they will offer nonstop flights to Atlantic City beginning in April 2014.
If you’re trying to satisfy those hunger pangs or just want to kill some time, there are a number of eateries to choose from in the airport, as well as a brew pub and bar. Browse or buy at the gift shop with a wide selection of popular items including the daily newspaper and magazines, books, souvenirs, and snack items.
Flights to Atlantic City mean that you’ll be just a short ride away with the terminal located only 20 minutes from all of the action at the boardwalk. NJ Transit offers public transportation via the train while taking the Greyhound bus will also take you directly into the city and its wide selection of hotels.
