If you are planning to go with your family .. this is not the right place ,if you are planning to use the family pool as an amenity please arrange other plans,if you bring PETS ,Pleas be advice that the tower for dogs IS TOTALLY OUTDATED.

I was so upset of the weed/smoke smiling I had in the room even though I asked for a non-smoking room. Very hard to communicate with someone for real (not AI) to assist and I couldn't stay in the very long line in the front desk to ask to change the room. I'm requesting a full refund for my stay rm# 19069.

Overall the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However the rug was not clean. Also there was a small hole in the couch. I called the front desk to report it and took pictures. They said they would send someone to verify it but don't know if they ever sent anyone.
