Clean place, easy outdoor parking for trucks or trailers. Good restaurants inside. Only issue is it's far from the boardwalk so no walking anywhere, but it's easy to uber over. Will stay again

When I checked in there was no bar soap to wash my hands and face, and there wasn't any coffee in my room. I called housekeeping to please bring it to my room. They came but only brought the coffee but not the soap. The soap was actually more important. I had to call housekeeping back and ask them to bring bar soap to my room again. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to come. They finally came but didn't bring me bar soap, they brought me a soap dish! Why would they bring me a soap dish? I was able to reach the nice man as he was walking down the hallway who brought me the soap dish and went and got me the bar soap. Also my husband and I went to play machines in the hotel and we had dinner in the hotel. When we went back to our room and we were ready to go to sleep, my husband moved the blanket and noticed on the top sheat there was stained blood on there

Terrible Experience – Never Again We recently stayed at Harrah’s in Atlantic City expecting a relaxing getaway, but our experience was a complete disappointment from start to finish. First issue: the room. When we arrived, the room was shockingly dirty. Dust was all over the furniture, greasy fingerprints were visible on multiple surfaces, bathroom had particles of bathroom paper with poop and it genuinely looked like the sheets had not been changed (very dirty) just remade. To make things worse, the bathroom had no soap or shampoo in the dispenser—only a conditioner container. For the price you pay here, cleanliness and basic amenities should be the bare minimum. We thought at least we could enjoy the pool, but that was another letdown. The property advertises two pools: a family pool and an adults-only pool (21+). The family pool was so overcrowded it was impossible to relax, so we decided to pay the extra $20 per room to access the 21+ pool. When we got there at 5:30 PM, the staff told us the pool was closing at 5:45 PM. Why would anyone pay a $20 fee for 15 minutes of pool time? On top of that, pool hours are 10 AM–5:45 PM, but hotel check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. That means if you’re only staying one night, you essentially have no time to use the pool you paid extra for. After all these disappointments, we decided not to waste any more time and booked another hotel for the night.Overall, Harrah’s Atlantic City is not worth the money or the frustration
