We had a problem with the shower, It started to run and could not be shut off. we had to call several times and waited close to 2 hrs with know response from the maintenance people. we had to say we were tired of waiting and wanted another room in same tower. very inconvenient to repack and move. we were given a 50 food voucher but very inconvenient.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We booked for a 1 King, Non Smoking room in coastal tower, but we got 2 queens and a smoking room. The guest service did not make any changes saying they are overbooked. We didn’t have a choice as my son had volleyball tournament there and after coming back my son fell sick being in that smoking room. Very terrible service.
