No running water in Hotel room for multiple hours. Staff was less then helpful and dispite rooms available with running water, was not offered to change rooms. When I asked to cancel my second night and for a full refund the manager declined. I explained that I was not able to shower and i missed the event I was in town for because of this issue, I was offer a $30 food voucher. I was treated as if I was not their guest because I book 3rd party.

Worst vacation experience I’ve ever had. The staff was very rude and unprofessional at EVERY point of contact. Valet being the worst. My wallet with $700 cash went missing after having issues with valet. An employee left my paperwork for the valet parking Laing around and the manager threw it away, causing an issue when I went to retrieve my car. Later in the day when leaving for the evening, the same employee was being rude and decided to chime in on our conversation for some reason and didn’t like the response I gave her, which was that my conversation was none of her business and to just do her job, while waiting for the car we went to play a slot. 10 mins we walk back over and there was 4 security guards and the valet manager Julio saying we could no longer valet, we had to use self park, I’ve NEVER been more offended. They asked for our room number for some reason like we weren’t staying there. Now my wallet with all of me and my wife’s cards, IDs and $700 cash missing. We were treated as if we were nobody’s. We are otw home, I’ll NEVER come to Harrah’s or any other Caesars rewards hotels. I’m quite literally shocked. I’ve had better experiences and MUCH MUCH MUCH better service from budget hotels like Red Roof Inn, and Motel 6…this was our 5th wedding anniversary, my husband called ahead of time to let them know, trying to make it as special as possible and not once did they care about us being there, and they absolutely don’t care if we come back.

Harrah's Resort in Atlantic City is a nice property. They could do better however with clear communication about the pool. they do not make it clear that they charge for the pool. They also do keep the Jacuzzi's hot but rather warm with few jets. Not enough seating at the pool area. Room was wonderful, live music was very nice and the property overall was well kept. They just need better attention to details and customer service and communication. I've been a few times to Harrah's.

Room smelled like cigarettes. The pool was only open 10am - 5pm and the staff "didn't know the hours." The gym was dark - no lighting obviously available. The room was super cold - I had to put the heat up to 80 degrees and use both duvets. Only one coffee pod was offered. The rest were decaf. Glad I brought my own creamer.

The room was clean and the staff was professional and friendly. I had an issue with my car when I checked out and the Harrah’s facilities staff came to the garage and assisted.

The room was musty, with holes in the wall, and dirty towels were tucked behind the couch. When I spoke with the cleaning personnel, she informed me that I should speak only with the hotel lobby staff when requesting the room to be cleaned. She insisted she could not assist me because my room wasn't on her list. However, when I asked if she could advise the person in charge of cleaning my room, as they shared the room, she insisted that it was not her duty. The week I attended it was impossible to talk with hotel staff due to the fact that there were several conferences being hosted there. I would have to wait a long period of time and risk missing my seminars. The rugs leading to the rooms and in the room were filthy. The sad part is that I booked rooms for several individuals who traveled with me, and they all had complaints about their rooms. I even checked out a day early and tried to speak with the hotel lobby person, and she basically brushed me off. For all purposes, I tried to show her pictures dated back to the day I checked in, and I wasn't asking for anything just to be heard. I attend several conferences a year in Atlantic City, and I'm sad to say I will never stay at Harrah's again.
