The place was very clean and spacious. Front desk and every other personnel were very friendly and helpful . Nice that it has a private parking. Good place to go with your family and kids. Arcade is very nice and also the indoor water park. It's in the middle of everything like shops, restaurants, boardwalk, etc. I will definitely will go back.

Did not receive the correct rooms. I booked for two connecting rooms both king beds. I was told upon arrival there were no connecting rooms the best they could do was two floors apart. I had to leave minors in a room alone. I spent my entire night up and down on the elevator making sure the kids were safe. It was my daughter’s birthday and we planned on spending it as a group but unfortunately that didn’t happen. I also didn’t get rooms with king beds. Both rooms had queen size beds which really felt like a full size. The arcade was nice very big.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The hotel is in dire need of updates. My room was not cleaned during my stay, and I had to call for bathroom supplies, which was quite inconvenient. The window was dirty, making it difficult to enjoy the ocean view. Additionally, the bed was noisy, disrupting my sleep. Overall, my experience was terrible, and I would not recommend staying here.

Check in was a breeze, paying to park kind of is an added fee i wasn’t expecting. You’d think parking would be included considering…either pay by the hour in the garage or pay by the day which is crazy if you’re just walking around the boardwalk. Elevators were hot and stuffy but that’s just nagging. Room was clean, not as cool as I like but again not terrible. Would stay again if I needed to.!

The air was way too cold we tried to turn it off and turn the heat on and it still didn’t work. The bathroom didn’t have any wash cloths and had hair all over the floor. The carpets were stained. The bathroom shower head was broken so water was all over the floor. There’s no microwave in the rooms to heat up food. The bed didn’t have fitted sheets and the iron burned my shirt when I was trying to iron it . I’ll never stay at showboat again

The arcade and the water park was nice. But on the second day it was hair in the pool. The restaurant ran out of chicken weeks. The checking in person was very rude and unprofessional. Was glad I didn't have to deal with her the rest of my stay. The security officers were very helpful and professional. They should be working the front desk. Especially the officer that was there on Wednesday around 12:30pm. She was very professional and helpful.

Paid $462 for a single night and the place was flithy. Overall disappointed and disgusted with the conditions of the room for the price we paid. All the rugs throughout the facility and in the room were stained. No soap in bathroom. Mold on shower curtain. Mysterious chunks on rug with debris on the carpet. Beat up entry door to room with large gap under the door . Only 2 lights other than the bathroom light. Long wait for elevators, 2 of the 4 were out of order. Stained/beat up furniture. Musty smell to room. The staff were all very kind and helpful! The arcade and pinball area were cool. Will never stay here again, but may visit the attractions.
