Hotel was outdated. No complementary breakfast or free coffee in rooms. Queen double sweet only 2 pillows, no remote for TV. Dirty curtains and rugs. No hot water in sinks. Outside no attention or attempt to keep common areas clean. Trash, empty drinks, dead bird, homeless people sleeping in corner. Restaurant options minimal and over priced for the quality of food. Paid $420.00 for 2 nights plus additional $211.00 for incidental fee that I still have not been reimbursed for. Had to pay for parking through an app. No gambling in hotel had to go to casinos next door.

Room was clean and view beautiful. But there wasn't a coffee pot in room, or a hairdryer. Thank goodness I brought my own hairdryer. They also barely had any towels in the bathroom, no wash cloths and there was only 4 tiny pillows on the king sized bed. We had to grab extra towels from a nearby cleaning cart. Lobby was very loud. Non stop muic playing at a very high volume so hard to talk to anyone.

This was the dirtiest hotel room that i have ever experienced. The hallway near the room smelled like wet carpet. The room had furniture that was broken, stained furniture, stained carpets and the bed sheets were so thin that you could seen the print of the mattress. They should never rent a room like that to anyone. The best part of the experience was that they gave me my refund without a problem, however they should have offered me something for my time waisted.

I normally have a great experience when staying at this hotel, but this time was not one of those times. We stayed for one night. The elevators were extremely slow. And only a few were actually running. It was extremely busy so all should have been running. My room had no blowdryer. I tried to call the front desk and there was no answer. I then tried to call Housekeeping and I got a machine. I left with wet hair. The staff that I interacted with was great. Room was nice. Wi-fi was horrible.

Hotel needs ALOT of updating. Tile work is dingy, carpets are tapped together and down. The overall scent was musty and thick.There were holes and cracks in the tile flooring, the wall to wall carpet was wrinkled and loose in the room, forget barefoot. Every door was old and heavy, creaky and slammed shut loudly. Constant extremely loud music 24/7 blasting throughout the main level, we couldnt even talk to eack other or staff without screaming. There was a homeless man sleeping in our hallway at midnight. The 25.00 breakfast buffett was old and tired, I have seen better continentals in a truckstop. Nothing other than fast food to eat on location. The tower elevators took forever and ever...And then forever some more. If the stairs were an option, we would have used them. Then indoor journey from the parking garages were not climate controlled, cleaned or monitored for safety. The ice machines were all broken in our area. Management changed and downgraded our reservations last minute and offered compensation..which we still havent been contacted about or recieved 4 days later.
