Nice view of the inlet from our room. Good to have the boardwalk just outside, as there is nothing else even remotely close to walk to. (We walked everywhere; no driving). The suite was adequate and had *potential* to be nice, but was in need of some TLC/upgrades. Felt that the cleaning could have been better (sticky stuff on 'fridge door, glass door full of some kind of smudges...). Of course, I had my own clorox wipes to sanitize all touch surfaces and 'fridge. We were there during the week during COVID, so none of the facility's restaurants/food services were open, which was a bummer. (Prepared all of our own meals.) Since we were in the suite at night, we watched a lot of TV. The TV was awful! Had to have the volume all the way up and sit close, b/c we could barely hear it (and there was no sound adjustment, ie: treble). Plus, no TV guide so constantly scrolling the channels to see what was on b/c the remote barely worked...what a drag! Sofa bed seemed a bit dilapidated (as many often are), so we put the mattress on the floor. The glass in the big window by the sliding door was loose and it was windy outside. The wind howled all night with nice gusts (good for COVID ventilation!!), so it felt like camping in the arctic. Always an adventure! Of note: 1 parking space/per unit...but the place was empty!! I met my friend there, so 2 cars. Convinced staff to let us park 2 cars in the almost empty garage. All in all, pretty much as expected for AC, so we made the best of it!

Everything was great. TV in the bedroom didn't work but that was fine becuz we was barely there besides sleeping anyway.

Hotel was very nice upon arriving, went up stairs to our rooms and were just as satisfied! Unfortunately a lot was closed at certain times due to COVID/ off season but overall it was a nice place to stay

The fact that we were not informed about pool being down was very disappointing as we only booked for my teens son birthday weekend so he could enjoy the pool. Also we ordered food and it was given to another guest so we had to wait for our food to be made again. Our bed was broken so it was like sleeping on a seesaw.
