I liked how beautiful the inside and outside were decorated, everything was clean and tidy, and there were many things to do inside. The valet and bell service staff were the best helps! I didn’t like how no one could answer the phone or the price of the room, we upgraded to fiore queen and there was no difference to a classic queen.

When we checked in at 4pm we went up to our room and the cleaning staff was gathered as if something was wrong in the hallway. When we left and returned about 2 hours later there were fans in the hall way blowing in the carpet right outside our room. We went to the concert and returned for the night about 12 and went to sleep. We woke to a horrible smell of sewer. It made us sick to our stomach so we decided to get up early and leave. Before leaving called the front desk and she “noted” it. No apology or nothing. So for the money we spent we checked in 4pm and left 8-9am. Not a great experience. Knowing that a toilet obviously overflowed I would have thought that there would have been an. Offer to change rooms but tthere was not.

First time at Atlantic City in 30+ years. I was surprised it was so ordinary the Borgata is. And the art on the room walls and in general were not to my liking. The Borgata pool and hot tub were green tinted. The brunch buffet was not great. Room temp wouldn't go below 69 even though the thermostat indicated it goes to 65.

Quick overnight stay for a concert. The time we stayed in the hotel was great. No issues at all. We were limited to dinner options at night since we didn't have a reservation, so we ended top eating at the food court, but we were able to eat breakfast in the morning at the Metropolitan. The skillet we ordered was amazing. Great way to end the short getaway.
