The ocean and city views were awsome. We went in middle of week and a lot of restaurants were not open. That is only negative to our time at Ocean, but we will definitly be back.

The property was very well kept. Our room on the 32nd floor had a great view of the ocean and sunrises. We found the restaurants a little on the pricy side, but the food was very good. The property on the north side of the hotel is somewhat unsightly as seen from our room with many vacant lots and homes scattered about. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning for a show and overnight if the opportunity presented itself.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Ocean Resort and Casino. The employees were always pleasant and attentive, and the hotel was clean and had a very nice smell. We had an ocean view room with an amazing view to wake up to each morning. We ventured out to two other hotel casinos during our stay but by comparison, they had nothing on Ocean. Ocean Resort and Casino is the best. We can't wait to return.

Everything about the hotel was really nice. Everything was in Nice condition. Almost Disneyland like in that respect but it could still use some improvement. The one downfall was the quality of food in the restaurants we chose. We were on a budget so we weren't spending a fortune on each meal but La Scala fire was a real disappointment. Probably the worst pizza I've ever had and what would have been a great salad was drowned in balsamic vinegar making it almost inedible. The pizza actually was inedible. Really poor quality chopped up pieces of chicken soaked in hot sauce with what appeared to be no butter whatsoever because all you could taste was low quality dried out chicken and hot sauce and substandard cheese. The crust had almost no flavor whatsoever. Service was good and atmosphere as well. Music was a bit loud. I could barely hear what the waiter was saying due to the volume. Our waiter Jonathan was attentive and professional. I could not recommend this place to anyone based on what we ate.

In the room, no coffee machine, tea and hair dryer?! Got charge extra $20+ when we checked in. The room is not clean, we still can see the rice on the chair from the last guest. No dish for the hand soap. For $100+ maybe okay, but definitely not worth over $200.
