The property was very well kept. Our room on the 32nd floor had a great view of the ocean and sunrises. We found the restaurants a little on the pricy side, but the food was very good. The property on the north side of the hotel is somewhat unsightly as seen from our room with many vacant lots and homes scattered about. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning for a show and overnight if the opportunity presented itself.

The overnight, Rob, was excellent and helped secure a nice room for my stay. Everyone was kind and helpful, and Patty who checked us in was very knowledgeable and signed up for casino perks and gave us free t-shirts. Great, spacious room with a beautiful view. I always recommend this hotel as a “special treat “ to my friends. The building is gorgeous! This trip, I must mention Nadia, from the cafe in the Lobby. Her behavior towards a co worker was inexcusable. She berated her loudly in front of customers and was rude to a guest merely trying to pick up his coffee order. The co worker was almost in tears. I wanted to complain to management but was rushing to meet my husband.

It is a beautiful spacious property with awesome views, Friendly staff - very clean. Parking is easy. Would have liked the check in to tell you more about whats happening in and around the hotel and maybe give out a $5-10.00 free play for new members or something. Would have liked a place to get hot water.

The private cabana area has excellent service. The wait staff was very attentive providing quick service. The issue with the cabana area was the pool was dirty. I was surprised that I spent 400 per day and they would not service the pool and spa daily. The pool water was grey and had a visible sheen of sunblock on top you could feel. The manager should look at the pools every night and morning and make sure they treat and run the pumps on full or close that pool until it is treated. We paid a lot for this experience that was ruined by a dirty pool.
