The curtain handle was broken. I could have gotten a cut but did not notice it until the second day when I could not reach it. The sofa was very dirty and old. The last time I was here it was clean big and beautiful now I get the leftovers. The toilet paper holder was broken so I put the roll of toilet paper on the counter. The bath tub had a piece of hair in it. NOT MINE! I have blond hair. I’m not a fan of bath mats. You can still slip and it looked old. Do they not put a new one in every tub? The lock box never opened it’s the same password as my phone. So all my ID was in there and electronics. When you have shuttle buses that say they drop you off at the Hard Rock MEAN IT!!! I had to walk two blocks with a heavy suitcase. The food servers never seem to have a smile on their face. The only one that did was a disabled young girl which I think was awesome that Hard Rock hires. She was pleasant and happy. It’s pretty bad when I write I note on the receipt smile and put a smiling face on it. I had the young lady again and asked her how many tables do you get. I laughed. I told her I do this business at home and answer phones take over sets prep food bag and tag was dishes and wait on 8 tables and a small counter. Yes it’s a lot but I joke and laugh and apologize for being late on taking their order. I chose here to get away for piece and quiet and see the ocean and may be one morning wake up early and dance on the sand. I cut my stay and left early. I was so disappointed

Great for family but best for over 21

Location was amazing. Indoor pool was great, food great too. Some of the love music events would not allow anyone under 21 so a little difficult if you have littles but plenty to do at Steel Pier which is directly outside on the boardwalk.

Had a non smoking room. Was enveloped in the smell of cigarettes and marijuana. Spoke to the front desk. Said she would send someone to look at it. Returned to room 4 hours later. It was worse They wanted me to change my room. Stated,“That’s how people are”. Not sure what that had to do with me being in a non smoking room full of marijuana and cigarette smoke. Area around hotel appeared less than safe

Electrical outlets were all loose. Shower was difficult to get into and had no grab handle. We didn’t need an accessible bathroom, but there should have been something to hold onto. The shower gels provided were impossible to open. Biggest issue was the last evening we went to Hard Rock Cafe for a drink and the bartender went from being super sweet to a maniac when we questioned why we were charged $7 more for a drink, after we had inquired about the price.

The hotel was fun! The room was north tower ocean view and I thought the room would be more “updated”. There was a stale Smokey smell upon entering our room even tho it was non smoking, otherwise the room was clean. We ate at Hard Rock Cafe for breakfast and the service was extremely slow.
