The furniture in the room was falling apart and old. I took pictures to show the front desk. The room NEVER should have been issued to any consumer. Definitely disappointed and would never stay at Bally’s again due to our experience! The staff was staff that assisted with pick up of our luggage was rude as well. The front desk rep was the friendliest of everyone.

To begin, I would like to highlight the positive aspects of the Bally’s hotel. The hotel retains its classic ambiance and decor, which is a welcome respite for those seeking a nostalgic experience. However, it is worth noting that certain areas of the hotel appear to be somewhat outdated. My mother’s room exhibited issues with water supply, as the sink faucet was not functioning properly, and the bathtub had a ring around it. Additionally, the hallways were noticeably unclean, and the carpet was prone to rolling up, posing a potential tripping hazard. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel’s culinary offerings were exceptional. Every meal I had was of high quality. However, I strongly advise against staying in the Dennis Tower, as its location may not be ideal for those seeking a scenic view.

First, the pictures advertised for the renovated room were not even close to what we got. In fact, the renovations of the Bally’s tower were poor. All the floors varied decor — some old, some “updated”. Our 1st room had a broken refrigerator but the hotel accommodated us and gave us another room. It was clean with minor issues. This hotel OK.
