We did not get room on time and the room was smelly & bathrooms showers water was not draining. Reception person is not pleasant she did not assign the room and keep me waiting for more than hour. I was there at 3pm and I have to wait for hour and half to get the room keys. Bad service.

After two stays, our room keys have never worked. Each time we want to enter the room, we have to go to the front desk and ask them to reset the keys. None of the outlets in the room worked, and we couldn't check out via the TV, which allowed us to go through the entire process and at the last minute gave an error. Our shower had obvious dirt on the floor from being clogged. The staff are very nice but none of the systems or things in the rooms work.

no one answers the phone for customer service. asked for a remote for the TV at 10:00 pm. never received one. wasted ten minutes at the express check out only to be directed to the front desk. was asked if i wanted a drink. the server never returned. worst customer service ever.
