The hotel was old and ragedy. The staff was okay. Visitors were also old and some were ragedy too. All restaurants were nasty and unfriendly staff. Please do not go to Lillies, Sushi. Especially when ordering from happy hour menu. They skim to preserve food and save money. Overall hated our staff. Me and my husband frequently went to the Borgata for a good time. We should have just stayed there but their Marina Suite was too beautiful and inexpensive to pass on.

Had to move rooms because the 1st room assigned smelled like smoke. Not to mention we had to wait for the room, at least 30 minutes after the 4pm check-in time. After being moved, the 2nd room was better but every floor we went to smelled like a wet commercial kitchen. The 15th floor had bags of garbage and dirty laundry lined up against the wall in front of nearly every other door. Along with scattered random garbage for hours after we checked in, even after we left for hours, the garage was still in the hall. As a matter of fact, the garbage was still there when we left the room to checkout the next morning at about 10am.
