My husband and I stayed there. It was hard to believe there are no grab bars in the tub and shower area. The sink was stopped up but no one came to look at it. If you wait long enough it drains. I declined room service but asked for 4 washcloths and was told we are only allowed 2 each day. If you wash your ass at night, how can you use the same cloth to wash your face in the morning?

The smell of cigarette smoke was disgusting as soon as you walked in the building, there is absolutely nothing to do her for kids, so it’s not kid friendly and the staff was horrible and not accommodating at all. So I canceled my reservation as I walked in the hotel, it’s not on the boardwalk as it appears to be from the pictures, the garage is under construction so you barely have a parking space, it’s just a mess, the pool closes at 2:00 in which would leave the kids with nothing to do I toured the entire area, building, and parking before checking in with small kids for my safety concerns

It's a nice place to stay. My room was clean and house keeping was nice. Be careful with the shower, water made its way to the floor. If you're from out of town ask someone about the Jitney. A bus that can take you to other properties. As of August 15, 2025 it was $3.00 a trip. I was on 18th floor and it was nice.

The property itself was nice. This was my second time staying in Atlantic City and the hotel offered everything that i needed for the trip. The pool area was nice and staff was friendly. The multiple restaurants very nice, offering a variety of food choices. My room was clean, the bed was comfy and most importantly, due to AC being a high tourist area, it was bedbug free.

Marina Suite underperformed...

I thought the bedroom could have been a bit more clean and sheen considering it was the Marina Suite - for example the frame on the king bed was dusty, air conditioning vents also dusty and linty, linen had a cigarette burn - a little more attention on details makes it worth while all the time! Aside from that, good stay.

WORST HOTEL EVER. THE STENCH OF CIGARETTES AND POT IN THE ROOM WAS UNBEARABLE. ALSO, THERE WERE FRAUDULENT CHARGES PUT TO OUR ROOM FROM THE POOL AREA THAT WE WERE REQUIRED TO PAY. ADDITIONALLY, ALTHOUGH IT WAS REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES, A BED WAS NEVER MADE UP IN THE ROOM. FRONT DESK DID NOT HELP AND IN FACT LIED TO GET ME TO GO AWAY. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
