Gross, will never stay again. If you are planning to reserve with a 3rd party vendor (like this site) - don't do it! The hotel was gross and I'm pretty sure our room was not properly cleaned. We asked 3 TIMES to have the room vacuumed and cleaned properly - we were told 3 time that it would be taken care of. Not long after checking in, and being charged a $15 "early check-in fee," we noticed hair all over the bathroom floor. After walking around the room we noticed a large clump of hair between the desk and sofa. A picture was taken and shown to the front desk, to which the attendant asked, "what is that?" After further examination she realized what it was, gross! We were assured by 2 hotel employees and the manager (who supposedly called the housekeeping manager in front of us) that the room would be cleaned right away. One of the employees, in an attempt to solicit understanding, made the comment that "we only 5 housekeepers on staff, so it may take some time to get this taken care of." To which I stated, "you just proved my point, our room has not been cleaned." This hotel has approximately 717 rooms! That would give a ratio of 143 per employee. We were told by the manager that he would have offered a refund, but since we went through a 3rd party vendor, they would have to issue it. After 45 mins on chat with the 3rd party vendor we were offered a $25 keycash credit. That's it - no offer to move us, upgrade us, or even a partial refund! Never again!
