To say im disappointed in the reviews and how misleading they are really is an understatment. I choose this hotel thinking it would be calm since i This hotel doesn't come close to its competition. Its run-down. My wheelbag had such a struggle as carpets were so dirty at the bottom level they were getting stuc. On a positive note the food from the Taco spot, Asian restaurant and the american diner spot all were good. Staff were nice we enjoyed those things. The gambling we couldn't hit aything but luck of the draw. Here's my issues. At check in, the man who helped us offered nothing, literally checked us in didnt speak and handed us the key. Sounds okay? No, not really. Maybe tell us where the pool, shuttles, What times places close, what to check out, how to get around. Like some basics make us feel like we made a good choice picking your place of employment. Nope dead as roadkill,flat. Maybe tell us where the elevator is i
I mean something! Room was okay right above the pool but no real view, it was fine. Bed was comfortable, but overall a deep clean is needed. The carpet felt so dirty and thick. On my 2nd day I literally had the largest roach I've ever seen on me!! It was disgusting. I trapped it with a cup so they can see. What was i offered? $60 off and some food. Im greatful for something but that wasnt enough! It had the worst experience wish I would have gotten a refund! Stay away!!!

I enjoyed that there was plenty of things to do in the hotel so that you really did not have to leave. I prefer to stay on the boardwalk but it was only a very short lyft away.
