When I first arrived I was given a room on the 2nd floor. All I saw out the window was the roof and HVAC equipment. I called the desk and i was changed to a lovely room with ocean view. Other than that I had no issues. This was my 2nd time staying here and I will return.

I rented a room where the toilet didn't work properly, the refrigerator had ice build up badly and when I complained about the toilet they sent someone up and he said it was fine. You had to flush it 5 or 6 times for it to go down. I called back to the desk and was told that I could move to another room but I would have to pay for the upgrade.

Don't like that the sportsbook charges $25 to sit and watch the Sunday NFL games. Also, the room is freezing cold and they said they cant change the temperature.

First time staying at this casino and we were pleasantly impressed. The room was immaculate and had no odor. Lately everywhere we stay in Atlantic City, the rooms have an odor of marijuana. Our room at Resorts smelled clean and fresh. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Super easy check in and check out with friendly front desk, staff. Great restaurants and shops. We will definitely return!
