Disappointed

Pros: The room actually was nice and clean
Cons: Hours of the facilities Not letting animals in the casino and food areas
Location: We stayed right at the hotel. That is why we reserved an all inclusive.
Booked through travelocity. Thought I was reserving a room at the Harrah and my mistake by not really looking over the confirmation receipt but some how we ended up at the Resorts Hotel. That was extremely disappointing. The pool closed at 6pm the spa at 7pm. The Chinese restaurant has a lot to be desired. Food was ok. In the area of Dunkin Donuts people had a dog on the table. Yes a dog on the table. And then they were pushing this dog in a stroller through the casino floor. No place for animals......There were young kids in the actual casino, which is not appropriate. The actual cleanliness of the casino was filthy. Drinks spilled on machines, ashes all over the machines, ash trays not emptied.

Great Stay!

Hotel was sold out so they put me in an upgraded double room suite. Very clean and well furnished. I would definitely recommend but don't think I will get that room again. 5 stars.

You Get What You Pay For

Pros: Location and restaurants.
Cons: Furniture and hidden fees.
Location: Great location, and not to far from the Boardwalk Hall where I went to a concert on Saturday night.
My biggest compliant is that the room furniture should of been replaced years ago. There were no comfortable chairs to sit in, just straight up wooden chairs. The mattress was much to soft for my wife and I, and it would of been nice if there was a micro wave in the room. My biggest compliant is that on check out I was told that I owed sixty eight dollars and thirty eight cents, $68.32 and when I asked for what, I was told there is a $17.08 a day Resort Fee. So the discount I got by booking through Travelocity, the hotel took it right back.

Lots of chipped paint and damaged surfaces. Gave us a smoking room without asking.

Always loved Resorts and the boardwalk atmosphere.

Our room was dated but everything was operable with the smoking room option. Worried about a strong cig odor but not bad at all. In room Wifi and hotel TV channel was great for resort amenities and dining.
