When I first arrived I was given a room on the 2nd floor. All I saw out the window was the roof and HVAC equipment. I called the desk and i was changed to a lovely room with ocean view. Other than that I had no issues. This was my 2nd time staying here and I will return.

Well let me start by saying we asked for a king bed got two beds and the bathroom not ok nowhere to put the staff/make up toothbrush, toothpaste etc. it will fall in I asked to be moved and they said no I would have to pay extra hah!!!! Room was $560 sat what a joke Go to ocean or Caesar’s better

Front desk night manager was rude and unprofessional and Toilet had poop splatter under the toilet seat. Second room had strong bleach smell. Our room was entered by the someone at the hotel without are permission. Left the hotel at 1 am because we did not feel safe there. They did not return our money. You could not have told me we could be treated so bad and disrespected. Disgraceful
