This hotel is perfect for us. It has reasonably priced parking nearby since a car is important in NJ. It is also right next door to the PATH station for easy access to NY. The rooms are spacious and with a lovely view of Manhattan that you don’t get from a hotel in either NY or further into Jersey City. The beds are comfortable, I am particular, the restaurant delicious, and the staff friendly and accommodating. I will stay here every time I visit family in the area.

Great location with fantastic views and cozy rooms. One issue I had was that they will not provide a reasonable solution if you have a car. Valet rushed me to check in giving me 15 minutes of free parking and warned me that I will be charged for 3 hours if I take too long. If you have a car, I would not recommend this hotel.

we arrive around 7 pm. I reserved king bad in the suite. At the reception I was told that it is not available for us. I was offered "upgrade" with 2 double beds. When I opened the door the afful smel of something was triggred our had ache. I came back to reception asking for the room I reserved with one king bed. With visual discomfort i got the key for my room. BUT it was the same 2 beds room. On third time after waiting 45 minutes I got the room with one king bad. This is 4 star hotel. In the room we discover disposable cups for coffe. no cup or any place to put our tooth brush or any personal belonnings. The carpet felt dusty and old, the same couch dusty and probably never seen any vacuuming or shampooing service. No bottle opener in the room. On my multiple requests to bring it to the room I was reffered to bring my bottle to the bar and ask for glass as well. TV is very unfriendly requiring guests to use own phone instead of remote. We could not download anything using tv instructions. No robs or slippres in the room. Shampoo and other were delivered after request. These bottles are very small and last only for one person. The floor in the bath tub is slippery needs to be careful not to fall down. Once the room was not cleaned at all even we left at 2:30pm. Over all the room is feels unpleasant not homie. An old lighting of cheap motel meets you at the door entry to the room and all every where you are. This is not high level of Hyatt servise expected to be.

Great hotel for family trip to NY
Excellent location, very helpful staff, good quality room. Two double beds worked great for our family of four. One minor issue I can point to is quite unusual and very loud noise from the water pipes in the bathroom. It was loud enough to wake us up a couple of times, and that with closed bathroom door! Overall though I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and was in an excellent location for walking, dining out and taking the path train. I am giving it only 4 stars because the bed and pillows were awful, but that is my only complaint. I will definitely visit again.

We had an issue with the parking & then again at breakfast first morning but the staff was able to fix it and keep relationship of satisfied customer intact. Very friendly overall and the cleaning lady “Maria” was also very efficient and warm.

Beautiful view as far as location making it easy to travel to and from NYC and breakfast was great! My only concern was parking. The website lists parking as $26/night but when we arrived the parking that was for $26/night required you to leave your car parked during your entire stay. Parking ended up being $52/night which was valet services and allowed us to come and go as we pleased and $160 was collected from me right upfront and I ran into several issues with prepaying for my parking for 3 nights in advance and was constantly asked to pay each time I needed valet services. The carpet, base boards of the beds, and couch was not very clean. Also there was a marathon even that took place while my family and I stayed on the property and all the streets were blocked off for hours and we were not informed in advance to prepared. We have a religious assembly to attend for worship in Jornal Square which was only a few miles and we ended up being 3hrs late and I was highly disappointed.

One of the best hotels
This hotel was truly amazing, the staff the surrounding area, the people in general was such an amazing vibe so many different restaurants and things to do . The subway to New York is a two min walk. The views of Manhattan at night are spectacular and Breathtaking will stay again I will definitely be back

Over all it was ok. Here are what I didn’t like: - uncomfortable pillows - very slow service when you call - horrible valet service. They park your car very far. It is not available right away. You have to call an hour before you need it. Also there was a marathon and they didn’t tell me before I chose their service that cars can’t get out. So we stuck in the hotel from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm waiting for our cars after checking out

Wonderful location for Jersey City and to explore Manhattan. Housekeeping was so thoughtful. She asked us if we needed anything when we passed her in the hallway. We just requested more coffee and setups, which she didn’t have. When we returned later, she had left some hanging on our door knob.
