Room reflected online did not look the same in person. The room was awkward and view of the rooftop also was not appealing. Also the draw to night table would not stay closed and blocked entry to bathroom. Toilet seat cover was missing a screw. Called housekeeping for an iron and it was never delivered, the one in room was not working. The only positive thing was that the room was clean. However will never stay here again

The rooftop restaurant, one of the hotels biggest draws, was unusable to regular hotel guests. The large party left no room for any guest to even get a drink. The bar staff was so rude we decided to dine elsewhere our entire stay.

Nice, but loud!

It was very loud until around 1 am. A child was running and yelling. The outside noise was expected, but there seemed to be no buffering from the window. The bed was older and every move made the bed move. The food was great! The place was super clean. I’d stay again with earplugs.

Didn’t like the parking situation and how they tell you it will be validated and it only took off $12 versus the whole fee. The Expedia listing should be clear on the parking policy and directions.

This facility has beautiful views, and public transportation is easily accessible making it an ideal spot to stay. The prices are reasonable for the area and staff is readily available to answer questions. Friendly spot and will make this my first pick spot when I visit Jersey City
