I’ll start with we Hanna remote for 2 days out of my 3 days stay , ppl where smoking in the next room from us , a few doors down from us some ppl had dogs that’s barked all night just horrible experience especially trying to show my guest who never experienced you guys’s hotel but that was ruined

Absolutely terrible place!!! Very run down and completely empty. Food options are minimal and what is avail is very expensive and not enjoyable. Its winter and it was Absolutely FREEZING everywhere! I reserved a suite and sorry I did! It was disgusting! Room was groos, outdated and in need a complete renovation. No fitted sheet on the bed, just flat sheets that had BLOOD STAINS on them!!! Many things were not even open. It gave the vide of an abandoned buiding. The ENTIRE place smeels like weed.The arcade was EXTREMELY expensive, many fans were not functing and staff was rude and sparse. I would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!
