The customer service was awful the man was rude then they told me one price for my deposit then when I checked it it was a different price the room dirty the halls dirty and small the sheet’s awful it was the worst room I ever stayed in

Poor condition of the room...paint and plaster peeling from walls and ceiling toilet ran all night...the tv colors were so dark couldn't really watch it...rooms need major overhaul...

The reception area has been updated which makes it look clean. The elevator only allows 2 people in at a time. The hallways look horrible and sketchy. The rooms are surprisingly comfortable at first glance. The shower curtain was dirty and on our last day we noticed stains on the sheets under the mattress cover.
