Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to my attention. As per our record shows that you left a hotel with out spending a night in the room and as a courtesy we even issue a full refund on your reservation so why you came up with all this issue. With out spending a night in a room you are saying all this lies is not acceptable. Who are you to tear our business down. You had a full refund on your reservation so the matter should close and you have no rights to talk about the hotel. Again, I am deeply sorry for your inconvenience and I apologize.
