Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to my attention. As per our record shows that you left a hotel with out spending a night in the room and as a courtesy we even issue a full refund on your reservation so why you came up with all this issue. With out spending a night in a room you are saying all this lies is not acceptable. Who are you to tear our business down. You had a full refund on your reservation so the matter should close and you have no rights to talk about the hotel. Again, I am deeply sorry for your inconvenience and I apologize.

Please Dont stay here

Pros: Nothing
Cons: everything
Location: The location was relatively close to the resorts casino
the place is filthy, it smells, there were used condoms in the hallway, lady's of the night were bringing there John's there, the parking is horendice.. the elevator has a sign on it that says only 2 people or it might break down, the beds were aweful and the bedding was dirty, the floors were sticky to walk on, the carpet was dirty, drugs and hooking were going on down below, you couldn't pay me to stay there again!

Hotel close to the beach

Front entrance dirty and smells the carpet on the floors are so dirty building need major renovation the only good thing about it it's walking distance to the beach.

A hole in the ground

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they are in desperate need of a place to stay.when one goes to a place such as A.C.and chooses a place one block from the boardwalk..one would expect it to be updated and the same if not better than your own home. I was completely uncomfortable..not because of the bed but because I worried bout what might crawl across the floor at night.Im embarrassed to say I stayed there.

The stay was very good and the was clean .

Every thing in the room was good and clean. We had everything we need in the room. The customer service was very helpful and nice to us. I would recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

Felt Like a Cozy Stay at the Hilton!

Pros: The bathroom cleanliness; the overall coziness of the room itself. The room curtains; the painted walls and vintage picture frames.
Cons: The appearance of the entrance, lobby area and the (1) elevator. Only two people can ride the elevator at one time. Old fashioned appearance.
Location: Atlantic City is undergoing great changes, indeed. Streets are being repaired, etc. This hotel is sandwiched between the Taj Mahal and the Resorts.
This was our first time at this hotel. Overall excellence from start to finish. Our interactions with the hotel staff were consistently positive. The two gentlemen at the front desk were always pleasant, professional, warm and friendly; eager to assist us with any concerns we might have had. The hotel room we had was cozy, clean, and well lit. We felt as if we were staying at the Hilton hotel. On a small scale, staying in a room on the 2nd floor, we felt cozy, comfortable. Our stay had the feel of a high class, high maintenance hotel. I only wish we had discovered this hotel earlier in the Summer season. Would not hesitate to book travel arrangements here again in the future. (Okay, so the front entrance, lobby and elevator were a bit dated; old--fashioned and needs renovation but we felt safe, comfortable, and welcomed.)

Good location, poor rooms

We stayed in August 2013 & the hotel is shabby, to be kind.  We took the stairs b/c the elevator has a sign that only 2 people can use it at a time--didn't even want to chance that. I checked the beds for bedbugs (none) and the shower curtain was so moldy I asked them to replace it, which they did.  They need to replace or bleach the grout as you can see the mold in the bathroom.  The queen beds were comfy and the location was great, but the overall appearance was scary.
