For checking out it was impossible to get down and we had to wait at least half an hour and we was on the 43 floor. I spent so much time waiting on elevators and if I needed something from my room I had to debate whether or not it was needed because the time waiting would be long. I liked the hotel other than that but I feel as though I spent way too much time on line for the elevator or on it. "

"Overall our stay was good. Parking was easy and affordable. I felt like the casino could use an upgrade as far as the carpets and overall look. Was dated and dingy. Our room was partially updated. When we opened the mini fridge to put our things in, housekeeping forgot to clean out the previous guests items which was pretty gross. The bathroom is stuck in the late 80s/90s complete with a phone on the wall. It too was dingy and needed a deep cleaning. It was cleaned for use but needed a good deep cleaning of the walls and floors. The bed pillows were terrible and the linens were thin and didn’t keep you warm through the night. Kind of expected a little more since they updated the main part of the room. The staff was very friendly."
