"I arrived late on a train, and the hotel accommodated me quickly and efficiently. Even at a late hour, someone was there to greet me with my key, so check-in took no time at all. Breakfast was warm, light, and enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the hotel was, as well as the comfortable seating areas—especially given the part of Sacramento I was in. Overall, a great experience for travelers, and I would highly recommend it"

"We had a terrible experience upon arrival. There was an issue with transportation from the airport which was not provided as stated in the hotel description. The staff at the desk was rude and threatened to cancel our 3 day stay (paid for) because we had a “bad attitude”. She appeared to have no training in hospitality which is a requirement in guest relations. This is unfortunate as the rest of the stay was very pleasant."

"Such a wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. The downside is the beds aren't too comfortable (for my back, they were too soft) and I would definitely request a room away from J street and the street noise was very loud but other than these two issues, wonderful stay. "
