Umpiring 9 Softball Games in two days.
Pros:Bed and Pillows
Cons:breakfast - needs more waffle makers
Location:close to Courthouse if you have Jury Duty, Old Town and the RiverCats Baseball Team close by. Easy access to I-5
Needed a quiet comfortable bed and this was a great place to stay. Room, Bed, Pillows were perfectly wonderful.
Close to Downtown and the Old Town area. McDonald's right next door. Breakfast was basic with Waffle/Pancake maker and cold cereal. Not overly exciting and waiting for people to finish making waffles is a pain. They should have about 4 of them.
Will definitely stay here again when visiting Sacramento.

WiFi Issue
This Hotel was good however I really needed to connect with and download some things from my email account and the Hotel's WiFi would not allow me to. I ended up having to redo a lot of work I had done and emailed myself that I needed for a board meeting early that morning. I am not sure what kind of strange WiFi system they have but I need to stay at a hotel where I can access my email or any other internet site. It was too bad because I really like the Hotel otherwise.

Quick and easy access to freeway.
Pros:Friendly staff and a comfortable clean room.
Cons:Bathroom tile and floor in shower.
Location:Near freeway about 10 minutes from Sleep Train Pavillion. MacDonalds next door to the hotel and a Denny's restaurant across the street.
I booked this hotel because I was attending my granddaughter's graduation at 8:00 a.m. the next morning. The hotel was located just 10 minutes from the graduation ceremony. My room was clean and the hotel staff (like to other reviews) were very friendly and accommodating. The fan in my room did not work. I reported this to the staff who apologized and was going to have their maintenance staff come to the room for repairs. Since I was only staying one night I declined the offer for repair. My daughter was with me (her daughter graduating from Sacramento State) and we knew the room would be small but that was not a problem especially since we were staying one night. The only thing I think the hotel should do is update the tile or floor in the shower stall. It was probably clean but it looked a little dingy. Other than that all was well.

Nice, But Room For Improvement
Pros:The staff was friendly and attentive.
Cons:The breakfast was the worst thing about the stay. It looked like something offered to meet a bare requirement.
Location:The hotel is located next to a McDonalds with a drivethru. In fact, this is the view from some of the hallways, and I would imagine some of the rooms.
We stayed at this hotel for two nights in February. It was offered for a very nice price and had some good reviews.
The best thing about the hotel is the staff. We had two packages delivered to the hotel for us. As soon as we walked up to the front desk to ask, the clerk on duty said "We have two envelopes for you", so he recognized us, which was nice.
The room was also nice. Fairly modern with a king bed. The bathroom is very small, the shower has a glass door which allows for a small entry.
The breakfast was the worst part of the stay. It looked like something designed to meet a bare requirement, not something for the comfort of guests. There are two waffle irons and plastic cups prefilled with waffle batter. One of the waffle irons is actually a pizelle iron, so the 'waffles' are dense and chewy. There are bagels, danishes, cereal, quaker oatmeal cups, yogurt, coffee and tea with sugar and sweet and low only. We have stayed at a couple of different business-traveler type hotels in the last few years and some of them offer proteins. This selection is very carb heavy and processed. The waffles, which are fresh made also taste weird. Lots of room for improvement here.

Great Value-Better than expected
Pros:Comfortable beds and nice towels.
Cons:There was just the slightest hint of the bathroom being missed a little in cleaning, it was very minor and not sure it wasn't just wear and tear
Location:we only stayed while passing through so we did not experience what the town had to offer.
I booked the hotel to just get a nights sleep, we were passing through town, the reviews were good and the price was nice. I was actually surprised the value we received, the bed was very comfortable, all of the furniture was either topped with granite or glass which always seems cleaner to me since you can use proper cleaning supplies on both. The bed was comfortable with nice pillows and the towels were quite lush. The check in staff member was extremely polite and accommodating. We were not able to stay late enough for breakfast but the dining area seemed well equipped. The gym was very nice also. We got a nice night's sleep and would definitely chose this hotel again.

Nice staff and hotel
Location:Right of I-5 and 15 minutes to Sacramento Airport Terminal was a plus for us dropping someone off at the airport by 5:30am.
Check in and check out people were great & Fast. Clean Room. Comfortable beds. Nice shower and plenty of towels.
The only drawback was the road was a little noisey.....
