I have never in my life been to a place more disgusting. We booked a reservation through Travelocity for a family reunion weekend, expecting a pretty okay room. What a mistake. As soon as we arrived another patron began scoping out our car, there appeared to be a bullethole in the ceiling of our room, ominous stains EVERYWHERE (especially in the stairwells), floors and ceilings were in obvious disrepair, our curtains had cigarette burns in them, no screen on the window, bird poop on the curtain, a very stained up chair, and to top it off the entire place smelled like an ashtray. Which is ironic since they had us sign a waiver promising we would not smoke in the room. After an hour of deliberating, hubby and I decided to make our way down to the lobby and tell them we'd like to go elsewhere and that we'd like a refund. The clerk asked us if we "used the room" I told him we sat on the bed, i left out that it looked safer/cleaner than the stained up chair. He told us he'd have to go look at it to see if we "used" it. He came back and told us he couldn't refund our first of the two nights because it appeared "used". As disgusting as the implications were, we didn't fight with him because we wanted to leave as soon as possible. When finished with the disturbing interaction he told us we could go unless we wanted a receipt. When we told him we did he looked annoyed and printed one out. If i had more characters ideas tell you about the scam they have printed on receipts

What can I not say? The property looked run down, ghetto as hell smelled like weed and cigarettes people in and out all hours of the night. And the $200 deposit that I won’t get back for a week, yea nope I won’t be back.

I liked the price, which was very competitive with the low end of motels and hotels in the area. Also, the room was very clean and well supplied. I didn't like the soundproofing around my room. My first night, small children in the next door room made considerable noise for hours, and did not quiet down until well past midnight. I couldn't fall asleep until the children in the adjacent room were quiet. The noise in my room was such that it seemed that the children in my room.

We didnt stay and paid for a non refundable room, homeless, drugs, filthy, garbage, parking lot vehicles stripped, smoking marijauna in hall, no masks, urine in hallway, food thrown on floors, garbage, prostitution. Health hazard.

Small room but good for our needs. Too many druggies and broken windows. Lots of low life's that might even be residents here? Staff nice. Breakfast mediocre but eggo waffles saved the day
