There was no water (no ability to use the bathroom, the shower, the sink) from 10pm - 3pm and the hotel (Hyatt Regency, a 4-star) only informed guests at check-in, when there's no option to get out of the accommodation or change the experience. Customer service, both from Expedia and Hyatt Regency, should have informed guests especially when they are traveling with infants and trying to enjoy a concert in downtown Sacramento.

This was a nice hotel, but they put us in a room without wheelchair accessibility shower when I asked for it. The staff didn’t know what a shower chair was and one of the room occupants couldnt take a shower till morning after hours of traveling because of it. When we arrived there was no running water till 12am ish. I stayed here before alone and had a great experience, but was so disappointed with the lack of disability accommodations and knowledge from night staff.

Room was clean. My only complaint was check out. I was not able to check out via the TV which I have been able to in the past so I had to go to the front desk and check out which took time from my rushed morning. The phone in the room was not working either so I could not call the front desk.

We had a great view of the Capitol and the surrounding park, which really added to the experience. The property was well maintained and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely consider coming back.
