There was no information about limited hours for check in until room was booked. Arrived after stated 10pm check in availability so had to get a room at a different hotel to be sure I had a room. Sent a message to Vagabond on day of booking saying that I needed a late check in not knowing that the front desk was not manned after 10pm. Never heard back from them saying there was an issue. They need to state their limited check in policies up front.

Room was in good condition, TV was not working for our 2 night stay. Noise level was terrible, the second night of our stay, loud and rude language it, Sounded like a fight broke out.. to nervous to look outside.. very surprised security didn't shut it down oh it was after 2 am when this was all happening. I've stayed here a few times, great location, hope it was just a one time deal.

Room was clean and nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't very good and it wouldn't take much to improve it, like a bowl of fresh fruit and butter for the English muffins for the absolute basics. And a little more to make it really good for more people: hard boiled eggs, yogurt, orange juice, cold cereal and milk.

The pricing was very reasonable; however, upon arrival, the front desk staff member was unpleasant and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The room itself was clean, but the front door lacked proper weather stripping, allowing cold air to come in as if the door were open to the outside. I ordered room service and selected an item that appeared appealing, only to receive a call informing me that one of the items was unavailable. An alternative was offered, but it was something I could not eat. I was told a refund would be issued, but it was never credited, even after I followed up by phone. If you are looking for a cheap, one night stay, this hotel may be an option.
