The service was horrible and I could not check in to the room. I paid for the room for my mom to stay 1 night and put her name as the guest. They would NOT let her into the room without me calling travelocity or me physically going there and showing my i’d stating my mom was the guest. The room was booked in my 76 yr. old moms name.

The restaurant...called at 5 when they started taking orders and was informed that our choices we made from the menu were unavailable. I can understand that they failed to receive their order for turkey for the club sandwiches but they apparently forgot to brew the tea for iced tea. However, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable.
