Just very dated. There is lots of rust on the stainless in the bathroom, the rug is worn and the furniture has scratches in multiple places. It does seem that they tried to make this area secure and there is no visible trash and no loitering of anyone suspicious.

Convenient for convention center, low end option

Staff is wonderful, location is perfect if you have activities at the convention center. However, homeless people on drugs in the parking lot at night when we arrived, and cigarettes and trash in stairwells. Didn’t feel safe.

Denied me check in, asked for extra money since my ID was expired. turned me away & told me to ask expedia for a refund as quality inn had not charged me. expedia denied my refund and said for $100 more or going back to my house to get my passport (im physically hours from home and presently at the hotel) they would check me in. Thank you for the lack of help expedia & quality inn!

Don't expect much

This place was in total disrepair. The room was 59 degrees when we checked in. There was a gap in the main door to outside that you could see sun shine thru, making the room super cold unless the heater was blasting the entire stay. The bathroom door didn't close. There was mold and cracks in the bathroom walls. The paint was old and there were many cracks around the doorjambs. The check in girl was very nice however! I was very disappointed that I spent over $200 after tax, license and dock fees on such a dump.

Not even look like in the websites at all.. Need to remodel the whole building.. Carpet is super dirty and the room is non smoker but smell like smoker room. There minute we enter the room we both started coughing.. Never ever stay in that hotel again..

Area is a bit scary with the homeless trying to sleep under the stairs, room could have used a good cleaning there was spider webs in the corners and door didn’t seal properly, location wise is perfect you are within the walking distance to many places in downtown
