There is no hotel owned parking, but a private company across the street (Ace) will bill you daily through the Hotel. I found it very convenient - but wasn't prepared for the $30. daily self-park fee. Also, when you calculate hotel costs, tack on another $30 daily charge for "tourism fee". I found the room clean and comfortable. The on-site food option was a limited selection, but good food. (probably due to limited staff) The price for breakfast well exceeds business travel rates and the single page LD menu was the same whether dining at the restaurant or at the bar, but I enjoyed the small social atmosphere at the lobby pub each night. Since I was visiting for an event hosted at the hotel, it was nice to have solid on-site food to last a four night stay.

bathroom body wash bottle was empty upon arrival. if housekeeper can check all bottles during cleaning for next guest, that would eliminate issue. employee at coffee/bar area was by herself on a busy sunday morning. i think one person may have gone on break. the sheraton may need a back up during peak hours, when one goes on break so there are always 2 people . while i was there waiting my turn, the poor sheraton staff person was trying to juggle the coffee area, people wanting their alcohol, plus guests wanting to ask questions. i know it's difficult now with staffing, so just a suggestion.

I feel that for what they charge they should include breakfast especially if they also charge for parking.
