I have stayed here several times over the years and this is my first time feeling dissatisfied. The mattress on the bed closest to the bathroom was so broken down that the edges of the mattress cut into my legs when sitting on it. We could smell mold every time the A/C kicked on. The bathroom smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The tv remote did not work.

Lot of noise from nearby interstate. Constant smell of weedsmoking persons at the parkinglot.

Stayed here a decade ago, it has improved greatly, however it is in a homeless infestation, it’s laundry room was a mess and the tub was like a waterbed due to the water between original tub and tub liner. We stayed with our dogs, they barked all night with every person passing our window (which sounded like it was open-it wasn’t). If they continue to upgrade, maybe it will turn that final corner to “worth the money”. A decade ago.... one star, 2019..... 2.5 stars

Good breakfast service with a pleasing environment. Our room location was rather noisy and there was a large 70+ Harley Davidson group that was here and they were selling apparel and congregating in the parking lot. They were nice but it was just noisy and they blocked parked cars and revved up their motorcycles. Management should not allow them to congregate like this as they disturbed other guests. Location was convenient and front desk service was nice and efficient. Refrigerator had no freezer section and was tiny. Aside from this, we had a pleasant stay.

The room itself was clean enough, however, some areas around the outside of the buildings and elevators were very dirty.

They overbooked me, and I had to take a $30+ uber to their other location in the middle of the night (when I was checking in), where they gave me a room with one bed. I originally booked a room with two double beds and was charged the exact same as that would have been. I was severely inconvenienced and had to pay $32.74 that night for an uber to get to the other hotel, as well as $14.93 on the way back to the other hotel in the morning (where my car was).
