I've stayed here a few times because of work travel and I enjoy and trust this place while the isnt a some amenities that I would like it always bums me out when its fully booked. I'll always choose this Hotel if available.

Pictures can lie!
Awful. Disgusting. Stink. Stank. Stunk. The bed and pillowcases were stained and there were obvious pubic hairs on the sheets. There was no toilet paper or toiletries whatsoever in the bathroom. We didn’t even put our bags down. We turned right around and left to return our keys and request a refund. Still waiting on the refund but had to warn others. The pictures on the listing look nice but the reality is horrible!

Could be a lovely place but falls.short
The sheets were filthy and when I asked for new ones they said they would bring new ones and never did. I ended up buying my own. Towels were dirty, glad I brought my own.

Don’t know why this place had 4 stars. It’s in a terrible part of town, all of the sheets, pillow cases, and towels were dirty, the room was not clean, hair in the shower, and the bed was super uncomfortable. Will never stay here again.

It's ALL THAT and MORE
This place is a surprise. You'd never know that behind the two gates is a Hotel that feels more like a family. Everything is top-notch. I mean everything. I have been to every state with the exception of Alaska, Mexico and abroad. I have never been more comfortable in a hotel room. I'm convalescing after a long Hospital stay. I feel incredibly safe here, happy and I know for sure this is where I can heal.

Stopped over for one night on a road trip and the clientele at this hotel was horrifying. Party till 4am in the parking lot and gun shots nearby. Would never stay here again.
