"This place was so annoying to say the least. Old appliances (microwave from 1991), shower head sticking really far out of the wall... All of those things I don't care so much about when it comes to the big issue. THIS PLACE HAS NO ELEVATOR. If you have a lot of luggage, any kind of boxes, or anything heavy it sucks so much. Also if you're disabled I wouldn't even think about it. We had about 20 cases with us each roughly $20 that we had to lug up and down a tiny staircase each day as they had no rooms on the bottom. Also the staff sounded so annoyed when I inquired about a bottom room on the second day. They even have a wheelchair lift but it doesn't work so no luck there. The breakfast was exactly the same as any other hotel out there, basic sausage, biscuits, waffle machine... nothing special, just overall annoying and I will be happy to stay at another place next time."

"Was not a safe area! Hot tub jests didnt work, wasnt hot. Stains on sheets, hair on towels! Very dirty floors, bathtub shower walls, microwave old lop sided. Very dirty room! We wipped the floor with a towel and it was completely black after wiping! Hair all over bathroom floors n shower curtai. Dirty light switches walls sink counter top. Heater didnt work cold in our room. Poor breakfast! Definitely not worth the money!"

"The room was only somewhat clean. The bedsheets had cigarette burns, the curtains were falling apart, and the floors were dirty and sticky. When we first arrived, there were two sheriff’s trucks parked outside, with people doing drugs nearby and several homeless individuals in front of the hotel. The overall environment felt unsafe and very rundown. The water from the sink came out yellow, which was extremely concerning. On top of that, when we checked out the next day, the staff initially refused to return my $100 deposit because they couldn’t find the record. The whole process was disorganized and frustrating. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. I would not stay here again."
