Find yourself at this dreamy Florida getaway and relax in bliss under the warm sun on your next family vacation! With a furnished lanai, a private pool on the south side of the house which gets sun all day long, and four spacious bedrooms, this home is perfect for entertaining and accommodating a total of 10 guests! Upon entering this gorgeous retreat, guests will be greeted by a bright entryway featuring a sitting room, a formal dining area, and direct access to the lanai through sliding glass doors. Immediately to the right is the primary bedroom boasting a king bed, access to the lanai, and the primary bath complete with a jetted tub! Make your way to the other side of the house and you will find a second bedroom with a queen bed. Continue down the hall and you will arrive at the last two bedrooms, the left containing a queen bed, and the right containing two twins and French doors leading to the living area. These two bedrooms are split by the bathroom at the end of the hall.
After a day of soaking up the sun at the beach or boating along the canals, take a cold beverage out to the lanai and kick your feet up as the kids splash in the pool and a show plays on the TV. There is a sound dock that offers surround sound throughout the entire house and lanai area, so play some favorite tunes as you cook up a few burgers on the gas grill! When the stars come out, everyone can gather for a board game or gather for a movie night in the living room with a bowl of popcorn. Make the best memories and make your way to this stunning home!
Sitting on a freshwater canal system that leads to various lakes including Lake Kenny, this home is just the place to bring your boat or jet skis and enjoy a day on the water with loved ones! Wake up early and head out for a quiet start to the day while trying your luck at fishing in the canal. Venture out a bit further and you can experience the emerald waters and sugar-white sand at the Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Meyers Beaches! Nice pool home
Lots of space. Very well equipped. The small issues we had were taken care of immediately. Very nice lanai with lots of patio furnishings. Plenty of sheets and towels. Our only complaint was not enough lighting in the family room and the furniture could stand to be replaced. The house is in dire need of a deep clean, but we never saw a bug the whole month we were there.

For Property Managers Only
I was happy with the location, amenities as described and ease of communicating with customer care specialists.
The rental would have been even better, and commensurate with the cost if the following were addressed:
1. There was no hot water on arrival and this was not corrected until a maintenance person arrived and pointed out that the circuit breaker had tripped. This happened 2 more times during our stay but we were able to reset the circuit breaker ourselves. There appears to be an electrical problem that needs to be corrected.
2. The hot water heater is not adequate to accommodate 4-8 people in the house needing hot water at the same time.
3. There were 2 broken drinking glasses and multiple chipped coffee mugs and plates.
4. The “non-stick” pans were scratched and should have been replaced. This is a danger to people eating food prepared in those pans.
5. The hinge on the toilet seat in the bathroom next to the pool is broken and should be replaced.
6. Many towels seem to be brand new and not washed before use. They shed lint on users and when washed with other clothes.
7. There were no cleaning supplies for cleaning counter tops and floors.
8. There were only 2 garbage pail bags available. That meant keeping garbage in the kitchen for a week, without a cover, before placing in the garbage bin in the garage.
9. We could not find a first aid kit in the location (or anywhere else) indicated in the instruction booklet.
10. There was garbage in the garbage pail in the laundry room on arrival, and a dirty dish drainer on the counter next to the sink.
11. The light over the front door is out. This creates a dark and dangerous entry and exit at night.
Your cleaning and maintenance people should be aware of these issues before a renter arrives.

Super stay!
Crystal, property manager, is amazing. She was very helpful and PROMPT with any request we had!! The house is beautifully decorated and we loved the Key West vib!
Three bedrooms on one side of house and master on the other side for privacy! Pool
area is nice snd sitting out on dock is peaceful and beautiful at night! Overall you will enjoy your vacation!

Very Good Time!!
We had such a great time! The pictures as exactly the same as the house truly is! The only few points to improve, One: the house kitchen utensils list is much lower than the reality, I put in my bag so much staff that already had at the house, could save a lot of things to pack, and the kitchen is perfect, has everything that you could imagine! - Two: the pool is, unfortunately, only solar heated and for us with kids during wintertime was a frozen experience - Three: the communication was pretty poor, I received an e-mail previously my arrival and during our stay, I message him several times and never received an answer-back! - Four: The grill is the only thing that deserves a renew, but works well, no complaints, but the gas ran out, and again, as we didn't have a return from the property manager and we ended having to buy on our own - Five: The neighbor wasn't the most friendly person, we drove from Michigan to Florida with kids with less than a year and didn't risk ourselves during the journey, so we traveled in an RV in our bubble against COVID, we paid previously the city permit to park in front of the house as the city orientation, we used the RV only to go to the beach, no one was sleeping or camping and she came treating us, that we'll receive a police visit as we were camping in a prohibited place, nothing to be worried from us, just the inconvenience in being treated with someone about nothing. The house is amazing, truly recommend, and will be a choice for us in another summertime!

Great Vacation
The property was in a great location, the online photos were exactly what the house looked like. The teens loved fishing in the canal in the back yard and the parents loved hanging out on the lanai. The house had everything we needed and more. We were able to drive to three beaches within a half hour drive. Great time, we would definitely go back.
