The place seemed okay when we first checked in. But after being there for the night we noticed a lot. First, we had no towels in our room, we had no body wash (the bottle was completely missing). We went down to the hospital for an apt and came back around 830. We asked the lady at the front for towels. We went downstairs to eat, but didnt find anything that we could eat. Theres nothing for kids and the stuff i could eat, (vegetarian) was sold out. So we ended up ordering chinese. It was very noisy all night long.. we went downstairs to buy a few things from the shop and the clerk didnt scan anything, just took a calculator and charged us 7 dollars for a water, 5 dollars for each gatorade (I expect things to be expensive, but $7 dollars for 1 water is ridiculous) not to mention, after paying, the clerk put the money in his pocket, not the register.. Around 1115 pm, they finally brought is towels.. thats not even the worst part!! The next morning we woke up to shower and while I was drying off and hubby was in the shower, the housekeeper WALKED IN WITHOUT EVEN KNOCKING!! It was only 9am and not even close to check-out which is 11. I will NEVER go back here! Absolutely so embarrassed that the housekeeper saw god knows what before I let out a scream and told them to get out... never ever again.

The rooms curtains were stained on the windows and the shower curtain all stained. The couch was broken when we pulled it out for my son to sleep on. There were holes in the walls and the fridge door was off the hinges. The pool water had a slimy film and very murky water. you could see the bottom of the pool. The bed sheets were very clean and the bathrooms were bleached and clean very well. The front desk staff was amazing. She was very helpful even though she was the only one working. More staff should be hired. Long wait to check in. Someone found my sons phone and turned it in to staff which I am grateful for. The one-bedroom King room is spacious and its separate from the living area which is great if you have kids with you. The microwave and fridge in the kitchenette were useful to reheat leftovers. I have stayed at so many Hilton hotels and I always thought as the Hilton to be higher class then the others. This Hilton needs allot of work. I will be staying at a Hilton in Florida next month. Hopefully it will be better than this one.

Totally didn't understand why I had to pay 15 dollars for parking and had to drive around a parking lot for a half hour almost to get a parking spot if your gonna charge for parking atleast let there be a valet person like why am I walking in the cold with my luggage and paying you to park in your parking lot and then who charges for WIFI like come on guys you gotta do better I stayed here before years ago and there was none of this going on and buffet breakfast was great I don't know what happened and why take the Jacuzzi away

The entry way and breakfast were really nice and the food was good the rooms were okay but they smelled really bad idk why there was a weird gunk on our door.
