You can give an old hotel grab paint but you can’t take away cracked light plates, orders, stained tubs, rusty shower rods, leaky faucets. Plus the hotel common areas and front door area was dirty. Trash overflowing, pool area and pool needed cleaning, never any pool towels, low on breakfast food even at 8:15, had to ask for plates and coffee. I’ve canceled my later reservation for this place.

Room was not ready when it was time to check in. Outside garbage cans were completely overflowed. Did not have a time on how long we would be waiting for housekeeping to have room available. Already had a cheer team waiting ahead of us for over an hour and they would get their rooms first. Went ahead and canceled reservation and went to another hotel with no problem

Everyone was super friendly. It's close to shopping and the interstate. What I didn't like was when I got on floor in my room to look for a back of an earring, there was trash under the tv stand. Also, torn chair and stained pull out bed mattress

This property was very dated and really needs a good cleaning. When we arrived at 8 pm there were only 2 wash cloths in the room and I had to plug the phone in to call the front desk and they said they knew there were no towels and they had them at the front desk. I had to go pick them up and they only had 2towels and no hand towels until I asked for them. There was a tv in the front room but no remote there was a remote but it only operated the bedroom tv. The shower head was filthy and looked unsanitary. The floors were very stained. The lobby furniture was worn and stained as well. The staff seemed to not care. The hot tub was not operating and again no towels.

room was a disappointment. Not clean. Front desk was friendly and professional. Convenient to highway and restaurants, but so was other hotels in area. First time in a Country Inn and Suite, but sad to say the last. Paid for an upgraded room, but definitely the worst of the best rooms.

We arrived at 3:50 pm and our room was not ready. Check in is 3:00. The lobby had dirty floors the furniture was chipped upped. Finally got in our room, hallway carpet stained, elevator was dirty. Our TV did not work, room thermometer was broken, tried to call front desk but the phone had no connecting wires! We decided to leave and go elsewhere, the girl at the front desk said we'd get a refund and the manager woul call us the next day. It's been 3 days no call.

I didn’t like that I had a hard time being any towels and then they only gave me one the second night I was there. One of the beds had stains or something on the sheets. Too much bleach in the pool.. couldn’t sleep due to kids running up and down the hallways. Breakfast wasn’t until 10:30 they closed around 9:00? Two members was really nice though!

Property old in need of renovation, carpet is old. Lock on inside of door broken. Bed sheet had stain and was asked to replace . Killed a roach crawling on floor. Outside building cigarette buts found. Young ladies at front desk were aware of the recent bad reviews.

I have reached out via email about my stay, but no one has replied. We checked in very late at night and my family was exhausted. The lobby are was nice and the desk clerk was friendly. Unfortunately, the review of our room is not this positive. There was a bug climbing the wall that we believe was a roach. The furniture was falling apart. The bathroom was basically beyond repair and the shower curtain was dirty. The tv and cable box were unplugged. I urge to choose one of the other nearby hotels. If it hadn't been so late at night, we would have left.
