"Rooms were really hot- unable to cool down No refrigerator Limited help- I had to give them my ID so I could take a cart and bell hop for myself Valet was annoyed when I left to eat out - and came back within an hour and a half. Our keys malfunctioned during the night and we were locked out with no hotel staff to give us new keys. Security had to come up to let us in our room and change out a battery pack on our door lock at 3am!"

"Lots of construction still going on. I find it hard to understand paying a resort fee when the pool is under construction and the sister property (Harrahs) pool is not heated and the jacuzzi was not working. Sports Book was a TV on a tripod and a portable kiosk. Staff was tremendous and very helpful. Sunset dinner at the Sage Room was amazing. Pay attention to the self parking fee and valet fee. I’m not sure why these aren’t spelled out for the consumer, as the vast majority are visitors and drove to Tahoe."

"Me and my family had a little getaway and decided to stay here due to the great reviews. This place did not disappoint! Check in was fast and easy. Front desk was very friendly! Loved the complimentary drinks! They have a restaurant on the property which was nice. We also enjoyed the pool! Will definitely stay here again!"
