"The pictures don’t do it justice. It has so much character and has very nice wooden cabin inn vibes. The rooms are very spacious and clean. They have great amenities like a nice pool, fire pits, and board games. The location is also perfect. It’s two blocks from the beach and two blocks from Heavenly Village where all the shops are. It’s easy to walk to many places directly from the hotel. The staff was also incredible and super friendly. Great hospitality. I would stay here again the next time I visit."

"The staff were really helpful and answered any and all questions we had. I saw the reviews mentioning that the continental breakfast was amazing so we were expecting something great, but sadly were disappointed. It was very limited and the hot food items (scrambled eggs, sausage patties, potatoes) were cold. When we got there it was pretty packed with people, and there wasn’t a staff actively checking if anything needed to be restocked. Mostly everything we wanted was gone so we just left and bought breakfast somewhere else. Another thing we didn’t know was the access to the lake. You have to pay for a pass ($5 per person) to access a private beach. The private beach is super small and pretty disappointing, but there was access to water activities which we had to pay for, of course. Overall, the hotel room was a bit small but fine for the price, plus we were there to be outdoors so it didn’t matter as much. The staff were kind, and Heavenly Village was walkable so that was nice. I would probably look for another place to stay next time we come to Lake Tahoe."
