The place is dingy. My door appeared to have been tampered with before. Carpet in the room look run down. Even the toilet paper holder needs to replace. The tub has stains. The whole place just needs to be updated and remodeled. Very disappointed with this website. More pictures should be shown.

Basic, clean room. Decent breakfast w/hot offerings (eggs, bacon, fully automated/hands off pancake machine) and the usual cold offerings: bagels, bread, muffins, instant oatmeal, bananas. One thing though-- there was NO HAIR DRYER in the room, which I hadn't expected. So, be forewarned. This hotel has NO HAIR DRYERs.

The hot tub has not be working for months. They are still giving out slips with hot tub hours during checkin so I didn't realize until I took my kids down in the evening that it was a block of ice instead of a hot tub. The managers are aware of the issue and have not made any efforts to fix the amenity (which is prominently advertised on their website). I checked out early and went somewhere else, but they refused to give a refund. They were pretty nasty about it. I will never book there again. Also the coffee machine was broken.
