Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good too. The area is a little run down and no easy access to convenience store. They are charging $6 for a candy bar, $6 for a small bag of chips and $4 for a regular bottle of water. Not cool.

I sell HVAC systems, as soon as I saw the variant thermostat I knew there would be problems. These systems are “designed” to be energy saving however it makes it extremely inconvenient for a light sleeper. I just wanted the fan to run constantly so that I didn’t wake up every time the loud ac turned on and off. It caused me to get a total of 2 hours of sleep. After paying a ridiculous 271 dollars for a hotel in Revere the least I would expect is to control my own comfort. This destroyed my sleep and set me up for a poor travel day. I expect someone to contact me and I want compensation for what was supposed to be a restful night sleep before a long flight. Absolutely ridiculous.

We forgot a piece jewelry, I went back the same day and the lady at the front desk didn’t care. She gave a phone number of lost and found office. I called many times and every time the put me on hold until I got tired of waiting and calling.
