Parking in their lot was required and at a fee. Towels were not in the room. There were no luggage carts. Elevators were extremely slow. Everything in the hotel was tired looking.

Location is Perfect close to fast food places and dinning options. Parking fee $5 (water bottle in room $5). We had the 2 bedroom suite family of 6. It was 316 next to a flat roof with all the AC unit machines running nonstop Loud at bedtime! My kids are light sleepers and kept waking up because of Ac units running so loud, and running water showers from up above and next door too (running shower sounds made u think urs was running). Refrigerator is broken didn't cool up our mini Gatorades overnight...and we killed a cockroach on the entertainment center from living room, the entrance door has a slight opening on the bottom needs repair. The coffee pot filter piece wasn't washed on the left side. Beds from bedroom were clean and comfortable except the thin mattress from the pull out couch you could feel all the springs on that thin couch mattress...everything else was alright. Breakfast was Excellent, excellent service staff, great food choices...the staff can cook you omelettes there on the spot, it was buffett style...they also had bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits, cereal, muffins, pancakes, the usual ...plus juice drinks and coffees and hot chocolate packets. They had fruits too. Overall I rate it a 6 out of 10 because the room we had didn't allow us much sleep from the Ac units being so loud on our window and the showers from other rooms next door was so loud, and thay nasty cockroach plus dirty cofee piece. Some things need maintenance like mini fridge.

Great staff! We were in town for a celebration for my niece’s graduation from LSU. A reception was held in the dining area. The staff were excellent! The desk clerk who checked me in was awesome as well. I will stay again when I am in BR.

Front desk employee was less than friendly upon our check in. Lobby area was loud after 9:00 pm. Room was clean and breakfast was great.

Awesome Hotel

Clean hotel with friendly staff! Will definitely stay here again when visiting the Baton Rouge area!! Breakfast was delicious!!

Pros: Good location. Walking distance to restaurants and a starbucks.
We love Embassy Suites for the size of room, night reception, and free breakfast. This location just wasn't as great as other Embassy Suites we have stayed at.

Great Hotel

Pros: EVERYTHING
Cons: Nothing needs to be improved. Everything was perfect
There is not 1 negative thing that I would say about this hotel. The check and check out was so quick, since I have already paid for my room online. Anytime that I needed something I went to hotel lobby and they gladly gave me what ever items that I request within a timely manner. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. The indoor pool was my main attraction and once I said the inside Décor it made my stay even better.. The hotel also had Happy hour 5:30-7:30 and hot breakfast in the morning
