STAY AWAY!!! RENTERS BEWARE! AWFUL Experience
DO NOT STAY HERE! This property and owner needs to be removed from VRBO immediately. Owner communication is a joke. Could not even check into the property. Owner did not respond to our message requesting information for key pick up for hours. 45 minutes after the scheduled check-in we still did not have keys in hand and attempted to call Owner again to ask for keys after not hearing back all day. The Owner informed us she was out of town and would have her assistant call us. Another 45 minutes passed with no response. After trying to call Owner again, the phone was turned off and went straight to VM. We then contacted VRBO customer service and informed them of the issue. After 5 unsuccessful attempts to reach the Owner, the VRBO customer service agent cancelled our reservation and offered a full refund. We then were scrambling at the last minute to find another place to stay on our own less than a hour from our dinner and concert reservations. NOTE: Be careful this property also requires either an upfront damage deposit with no guaranteed return or required an insurance non-refundable fee. TOTAL SCAM! Cannot speak to the quality, cleanliness, or amenities of this apartment as we never made it inside the unit. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!! Take your money elsewhere.

In town for game
First did not get pet refund that the owner stated! The location was great, close to stadium and aquarium! A bit difficult to check in as the building was secured entrance. 2 beds, one too soft, one too hard! Amenities listed not there, no blower dryer even after asked and told differently; had to buy our own toilet paper as two half rolls was all for 4 people, minimal dishes, pans, towels. I don’t mind bringing my own stuff just let me know I need it. Want to know that if VRBO lists it, it is right!

Horrible
If you don’t care about having a good nights rest then it’ll be ok. The bed in one of the rooms was horrible. It was so hard it would’ve been better sleeping on the floor. No towels and only 2 wash cloths available. The air conditioner stopped working it was so hot. The host said that the emergency maintenance was coming but never came. Then was told they can’t come til Monday. We had to book a hotel and kick out more money due to this inconvenience. Never again. Please do your research before booking.
