We stayed here for a week during Spring Break two weeks ago with our two small children. Staff was fantastic, very professional. Our Bellman Chris was very helpful and always happy to see us, he helped with waters whenever we asked. Bartenders were fantastic too. Location can’t be beat.

"Location is fantastic, steps from Penn Station. Hotel is historic and very grand in the lobby, but the rooms are a little run down, but clean. The staff is super kind and helpful.
