Elevators require a room key to activate for each button push. Which feels safe, but can be darn inconvenient when you have a load of stuff or when ten people are all going to different floors. The bathroomns do not have an exhaust fan, so they stay wet and steamy, are growing black, brown, and other color things, and are dirty in general. The bathrooms specifically, but the rooms in general, need a remodel and MUST have exhaust fans. So gross.

I paid for a pull out sofa bed which did not have any sheets or blankets. When I call to request then I was told the hotel was out. After explaining that i paid extra for this I was told theybwould find some and call me back, i never received the bedding or even a phone call. My daughter had to take an ice cold shower and there was no cups provided for the coffee machine.

I wish they would’ve made more provisions for food and additional times at the only restaurant that is at this site. This was a busy convention weekend and yet the restaurant with Sony open at limited times
