Overall great

I liked that this hotel was clean and efficient. No mini fridge though, and there was an emergency alarm that made me go down the stairs. Despite that I will stay here again.

Not pleased with my stay.

Had a lot of trouble checking in. They did not have a record of our reservation. Lady beside me was having the same problem who also booked through Travelocity. I think it was the hotel computer system. Staff was not very accommodating. And it took me an hour to get the problem fixed. Not what I wanted to deal with after a long drive. Didn't get a feeling that the staff was very friendly. Room was clean and quiet at least, so the stay was ok. But I will not book at a Hilton again.

Nice hotel with great view of NY skyline

Pros: The location is ideal to avoid the hustle bustle of NYC, but close enough for easy access. Love the brick and mortar Starbucks on the premises
Cons: Nothing to improve , the hotel was great
Location: Giants/Jets game are across the road at MetLife Stadium and Easy access to NYC via Holland or Lincoln tunnel or Jersey Turnpike
This property is a new Hilton property formerly a Sheraton Hotel. It is closely situated in NJ at the Meadowlands which allows an easy drive to NYC and easy access to MetLife stadium for football lovers. There is ample free parking on site, an indoor pool and a Starbucks on property. The business center is in the lobby for easy use of computers and printers making it convenient to print your boarding pass if you choose to. The rooms are comfortable , with double queen beds and free Wifi for Hilton Honors guests

Not worthy of the Hilton name

Pros: Proximity to Met Life Stadium, free parking
Cons: Guest services in the area of food & drink.
Location: Only the Sports Complex. The hotel has a shuttle -- not to the stadium but to the train station!!
Booked here as friends were meeting us for a concert at Met Life Stadium. We wanted to have a drink and something to eat prior to heading to the stadium. The restaurant and bar were closed until 4 pm, and we had to leave before 4. We were told we could order room service after 3pm but the bar was closed until 4.The guest guidebook in the room says the grill is open all day for food and beverages. Upon returning from the concert (which ended just after midnight) we found the bar closed! The only food available was a guy selling pizza from the back of a van outside the front door of the hotel! This in the New York metropolitan area? Are you kidding? No food or drink except at reduced hours during the day and evening? there is NOTHING else around this hotel with out going out onto the highways (clogged with stadium traffic). Conrad Hilton must be spinning!

Great location.

This is an older hotel, but it is still in great shape. It is near Met Life stadium. There is a free shuttle to the Secacus train station for easy access to NYC - Penn station.

No fridge. Small bathroom. Paint peeling on bathroom ceiling. Got a 4 person room but only got 2 towels every day. Bathroom vanity not even close to big enough for 4 girls. Toilet didn't flush right. Lots of issues. Expected much more from a Hilton.

O.K., nothing special

Pros: Fitness Room Staff courtesy
Cons: Hotel is old, needs to be renovated.
This is an older hotel, sort of run-down. When we first got there, we were given keys that did not work. [They just switched over to a new style of electronic locks]. I called down to the desk, who apologized and sent someone up right away with the correctly programmed keys. On my second night, the toilet overflowed before flushing. The desk person again apologized, and sent some up right away to clean the water off the bathroom floor. The staff and maintenance people seemed very friendly, having to compensate for an older hotel. On the positive side, I liked the fitness facility. The rooms were decent, but didn't have drawers for us to unload our suitcases. There is a closet for hanging clothes, but the lack of drawers for folded clothes bothered me. I would not stay there for more than two nights. I would still go for a day or two, as I assume other hotels in the same price range would be no better.
