Had very bad experience with this property. We were given a room that was fixed recently for ceiling leakage in rain. Although it started to leak again during our stay. On top of that small portion of the ceiling leakage area got down and bump to my daughter’s head. Why would hotels do not check these things before giving it to guests?

Cockroaches on walls, AC is broken and loud, water is flowing from AC and the top inside restroom. I though that might be just a one room is like this, but we were living n two separate rooms and it's the same. Additionally to that n one room a strong smell of cigarets all the time... At the end of our stay they compensated us 50% of latest day of our stay which is nothing to be honest.

I was expecting a bit more based off the photos of the property when booking. Hotel is very run down and in need of a serious deep clean and facelift. The actual rooms themselves, while obviously worn, were clean and sufficient for the night. The hallways, elevators, and common areas were downright gross. Stains everywhere, debris strewn, furniture pealing apart. It honestly just gave me the "ick". Breakfast was ok I suppose, but given the lack of attention to cleanliness and upkeep around the hotel, I stuck with cereal. Staff was friendly enough, though not super helpful when we asked about nearby dining or things to do. I didn't expect a lot for the price, but even if things are old, they should a least be regularly cleaned and maintained. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. The experience was far below acceptable standards and did not reflect what was advertised. The pool was not available, and that section of the property appeared completely abandoned. The restaurant and bar were closed, with no prior notice given. The coffee room machine was broken throughout my stay. The location made transportation extremely costly, with Uber rides being far more expensive than expected. These issues significantly impacted my stay and made it clear that the listing was misleading. I booked this property based on the amenities and services promised, none of which were delivered. This is unacceptable.

My overall stay was excellent. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was basic but filling and delicious. I felt safe the entire time of my stay and feel like it’s a great option if you want to stay outside NYC. The rooms are a little dated and show normal wear and use. Overall I recommend and would return.
