Overall the hotel is not bad. But feels a little run down. In our room 3 lights didn’t work. USB plugs didn’t work. They have two elevators but one only worked. After waiting about 20 mins we gave up and took the stairs 4 floors up.

The place was clean and Super spacious for three people .The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and bathroom was very clean. For the price,everything was perfect.

Took 514 year-old girls from Canada down to New York City perfect to get the shuttle from the hotel over to Times Square daily return trip for children is $12 per adult $20 well worth it no walking door-to-door

The staff did a good job and the cleaning staff were great. The breakfast was rhe wxact same each and wvery day..the eggs were cold each day..potatoes were raw and sausage was cold. A bit of varitey would have been nice. They had a pick up service to go downtown but he was completely miserable. You may not like your job but you can at least put a smile on. This cause us to take the bus..which was fine on the way into the city but to get home the ataff told ua the wrong pick up point which caused us to miss the bus mulitple times ..the ultimately hiring an uber. Some staff at the hotel were good..front desk and cleaning..but the breakfast ataff when asked even for a lid for my coffee said no we r out. Just jot exactly a nice expereice for a 25 year anniveraary trip.

Not What We Expected

We arrived Wednesday evening- no one was at the front desk when we arrived. The whole second floor smelled like weed and alcohol. Once we got to our room, we noticed we had no towels anywhere in our room. Plus the toilet in our room did NOT work. We went to the front desk complained about that about an hour after we got there. Complained about it Thursday morning before we left for the day and once again when we went upstairs and noticed it still wasn’t working. They kept telling us to use the bathroom in the lobby. We complained again Friday mid-morning. At this point, they told us we had to stay in the room while they fixed it (which wasted most of our plans for Friday). Also, Friday our keys wouldn’t work, we got new keys and then it happened x2 AGAIN on Saturday. Overall, unpleasant and not relaxing.
