The hotel had smoke detectors that were removed they also painted over top of rust that was coming through all of the door frames the bed frame itself was falling apart and cut my daughters leg the front desk absolutely was very rude and said sorry you booked through third-party we’re not refunding anything you’re stuck. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life it was scary the people walking around outside at night no furniture in the lobby unbelievably horrible all the pictures on the website for Travelocity or false. None of it is accurate

We've stayed at this Hotel previously. Location is great but the cleaning has unfortunately stepped down a notch. The bathroom tub had mildew and the non-slip apparatus was peeling off from the tub floor. Each shower more and more chunks of it kept coming off (Room 317). We visited with another family and they stayed in room (311). Their shower drain was slow and the hotel serviced it everyday but it was not fixed. Very disappointing since the customer service is great, location, parking, breakfast were good as well. Please renovate and get the cleaning up to par.

Terrible hotel, double booked my room after reviewing full payment and refuse to refund. First they claimed I did not show up and then claimed I showed up late. Meanwhile I was at the front desk

Brooke and paid for rooms. I showed up at the hotel and found out they double booked my room. They were full. And so they sent me home, now they refuse to refund us.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. When we arrived for our “late check-in” the desk clerk had everything ready for us. We were in our room within five minutes. Clean, comfortable room. Quiet too. It was raining when we arrived & we were informed that because of the rain the tv probably would not work - a little disappointing. It did not work all night or even in the morning when it was not raining. The free breakfast was mediocre, but that is typical of free breakfast at hotels. Parking wad free which was great! Would stay again despite the issues
